Highly recommended. A home-turned-restaurant and the owner cooking in the back felt very personable. Eager to try the eclectic menu, we ordered four appetizers, chicken curry, risotto, and pistachio cheesecake -- all excellent and with the traits of being homemade. Abby was an attentive server who kindly answered the first-timer questions. We'll be back to try more of the menu. NOTE: reservations are a good idea on a Friday night.
Update: Consistently amazing!My review was a little dated so I wanted to revisit Google to say that Albertos is still amazing. The service, food, desserts, vibe...everything was excellent.I did make a reservation each time we planned to eat here, so I cannot speak for "walk-in" services. The restaurant is small so I do recommend calling ahead.I did mess up my online reservation so I had to call to get some help. The person I spoke with was very helpful and corrected my mistake...read full review

Alberto's in Gallatin, Tennessee, proved to be a pleasant surprise for a last-minute Saturday evening dinner choice. While initially expecting Brazilian cuisine, the restaurant leaned more towards other regional fare, but this did not detract from the overall experience. Despite being the only patrons in the restaurant, we were greeted warmly and promptly attended to.
