I went in the drive thru on my way home from the hospital with my mom who just had a knee replacement. We live about 25 minutes from town. We ended up not getting one of our sandwiches & the one we did get barely had enough chicken salad to cover the bread. I called about the missing food and the poor quality of the sandwich we did get. The mangers response was that they will replace the missing sandwich, but did nothing to acknowledge the horrible sandwich we did get. Terrible customer service. If I do decide to get the sandwich I paid for & did not get, it will the last time I eat there!!

I absolutely love "Chicken Salad Chick". My wife suggested that I try it so I got the BLT with original chicken salad and it came with a cup of potato soup. I ate it all, then my wife suggested I try the chicken salad that has the bacon and cheese in it so I got the BLT with it on it this last time and it was just as good if not better. I've never been a fan of chicken salad but the taste and texture at this place is so good! I recommend this place to everybody if you have not tried it you should, My dad is a cheeseburger, fries, and coke guy that's what he eats the most. I told him about this place so he tried it an soon as he finished eating there one evening he called me to say he has decided to eat there once a week because it's alot healthier then burgers and tastes really good he loved it so much he invited me to go eat there with him so soon I'll be going back with my dad. I love Chicken Salad Chick! However, the last two or three times that I have come into the store to try to buy several large items, something is either left out or the my order is wrong, I try to check it before I leave but it was a busy time and I didn’t want to take up counter space. When we dine in everything is always perfect. Just really disappointed, I have ladies coming tomorrow for lunch and no time to come back for a replacement!

I love chicken salad chick. I’ve eaten here 4 times in the last 3 weeks. The staff is great. They are very attentive and well mannered. The food is terrific. They have so many flavors of chicken salad to satisfy any taste bud. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Two thumbs up!

I love Chicken Salad Chick!
