Never got to sit down !! My one request turned out to be to difficult for the staff member.A slow time of day -8pm - (close in an hour) - and I asked for a quiet table for one …I was offered first table to the dining room to the left of the hostess’s receiving area..the entrance to the dining room - !I’d say a rather high traffic area w people coming in and leaving not including all the customers to and fro the rest rooms …turns out my request for a “quieter table” was to difficult for hostess Bayley. Fortunately we all have choices I went across the road to Long Horn and was very well received. No customer- no business Cracker Barrel- you know that but apparently your hostess staff this evening doesn’t .

The service at this location has been seriously lacking recently. I ordered a pick up order tonight. It was supposed to be ready at 6:15, and it was not ready until almost 7. The food was cold when it was given to me, and they left one of the sides off my order. When I called to rectify the situation, I was transferred to a manager who never answered the phone. They never picked up the phone when I called back either.

The establishment closes at 10 p.m. So, then why is my food lukewarm and not hot. Very cool reception from hostess. Server was very polite. Food was...ok.

Always a great meal but becoming pricey. Waiter was overwhelmed and spent more time telling us about the long wait times, which we expected on Easter Sunday. He came across as trying to scare us off

Some of us coming into your restaurant are Jews or Muslims and have dietary restrictions and we cannot eat certain things, and some others have allergies and have bad reactions to eating certain things. Getting the order wrong and simply just removing the bacon strips off the meal can still cause physical repercussions leaving us sick for the rest of the day. You need to remake the meal. I shouldn't have to pay with my health because of your mistake. Besides that, the food and service was fantastic.
