Went back in 2022 several times during the week of my wedding. The service was spectacular, and the coffee was so good that my husband and I ditched our reception early and grabbed coffee together still in our wedding attire! Overall, the staff there was awesome! Can’t recommend this location enough!! ?

I’ve lived here almost a year and today was my first visit. I’m sad I didn’t go sooner. The coffee was great and yummy but the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!!

We love dutch bros! Have visited over 7 times and the one time that I found a hair on my drink, they had no issue remaking it and providing a refund (which I didn't ask for, just a remake would have been fine).

Staff has always been kind. I feel like that's really worth noting. Especially these days since covid and inflation hit. A lot of people in the service industry have either been burned so many times that they are showing their emotions more, or people just don't care enough to try and brighten a customer's day with their attitude. Haven't had a single issue here. Oh, and coffee is bomb, too. Btw, I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, so it's coming from a place of experience.

First time coming to Dutch Bros. - The coffee was watery and tasteless... 100% not worth the 40 plus minutes that I spent waiting in their "drive-thru". I paid for my order at 2:34...I didn't get to the window until 3:15. I asked if they were short staffed, the girl casually said yes and with a big smile on her face said there were only 2 people inside and that she was "sorry for our wait". I told her that just spent 40min waiting to get to the window and she just smiled...it's safe to say that I have ZERO interest of coming back to Dutch Bros ever again. Not worth the money or my time.

My only issue was there wasn’t a menu to view while you waited for cars in front. So as a first timer I had no clue what to get when they got to me and didn’t want to hold anyone up. But I do understand many places (like chick fil-a do) do that too.
