Hosted a birthday party for my seventh grader here this past Monday at 1 PM. Great location near the cinema. Pizza was delicious. They were quick with bringing out our order. Friendly staff.

EAT HERE, EAT HERE, EAT HERE! Food 10/10, prices 10/10, staff 10/10! We got cheesy bread, 18 inch cheese pizza, cinnamon sticks, coke for $40! Only thing I will say is it’s a pub, it’s going to be loud. We got ours to go and still had a wonderful experience!

I’m a life longer here. Love this place and always will. Additionally, the few people that didn’t rate this establishment with 5 stars should not be trusted - not with business, not with filing taxes honestly, not with dating or marrying in this community, and not with the responsibility to grab pizza and beer in the community without making a fuss. They should be banned from society. Fairvue pizza pub has employees that make me feel more welcome than most churches.

Our family loves going to Fairview! Everything we have gotten has been delicious. They also have very nice staff. I recommend going if you're in Gallatin.
Our favorite pizza place in Gallatin! Food and service is always great. Out go to pizza are the Buffalo chicken and margherita pizza! The Fairview stick are great too!

The pizza crust is somehow less crispy every time I go, and the patrons constantly complain about Taylor Swift out loud, sometimes for no reason at all. Something she did at Black Eyed Pea in Hendersonville????? A patron was talking bad about her also for sneaking into a movie theater when she was young LOL.Waitress told me Cauliflower crust pizza is best at Jonathan's in Gallatin, even though they serve it at fairview. She also said she has to go home and cook her Fairview pizzas in her oven to crisp them up before she likes them. Wow!Waitress also told me all the crust is frozen so none is made in-house. Might explain the doughy nature of it?Vaping seems to be tolerated at the bar even though it's a non smoking restaurant.
