Just watched 3 associates handle a very rude customer with the best customer service skills. The lines were getting long because she refused to leave. I can't imagine the pressure they must have felt trying to hold their composure. Her order wasn't processed. Wasn't not there and she wasn't having it. Instead of showing some patience she spoke down to him. Anyway I highly recommend because my food was amazing.

I am writing about a beyond horrible experience that franchise owners Shelia Holman and Dan Patel allowed to happen on their behalf. I had made a corporate complaint in January about the last order I ever made with Jersey Mike's and probably will be the last one I ever make. I had placed an online order for a hot sub from your company, and was told to arrive about 20 minutes later. I arrived about 5 minutes after the stated pickup time and they still had not finished the order, and there were actually two other customers also waiting for their delayed orders also when I arrived. After 5-10 minutes I was given my order and drove the 0.8 miles to my home. Upon opening the order, it was ice cold and it was like they hadn't even bothered to try and cook the chicken at all after taking it from the refrigerator. I threw the sandwich away after taking one bite so I didn't get food poisoning from the staff at this location.Immediately, I filed a complaint with Jersey Mike's corporate for this issue within ten minutes of arriving home. One of the two owners, Shelia Holman reached out to me with a phone call. She analyzed the video and my complaint, and decided to offer a free remake of the order at one of her locations at any time, and told me she would inform the locations of my name and information to resolve the issue. I thanked her and accepted the resolution, understanding that sometimes there are staff issues or problems with equipment.Fast-forward to 4 weeks after speaking to her, I called her location as she instructed me on the call and in the text she sent after we spoke. The manager, who also happened to be the one working the day I made the complaint about her staff, answered the phone. I explained that Shelia had told me to call and she got my information, then placed me on hold. When she came back 2 minutes later, she informed me that I only had 14 days to get the remake and that she could not honor it because that was the owners policy. I told her this was crazy when they were already negligent once, now they were not even going to honor their customer resolution to fix the issue????The manager then informed me how she was working the day I had a complaint and that I was lying about the issue and overreacting. Who would go to that much effort for a $9 sandwich? lol. That is why I am now here, I have managed multiple businesses and currently own two myself, this is not how you treat your customers. Especially the ones you actually screwed over by having bad employees, and then you continue to abuse customers trying to give you another chance. I am so disgusted with Jersey Mike's I will make sure everyone I ever meet knows how this company treats its customers.

This location doesn’t listen to any of the notes or instructions for sandwiches. I’ve never had such repetitive problems from a Jersey Mikes and this one just can’t help themselves and has to put a million onions on our food when we ask for it left off. Won’t come back I gave them enough tries. The workers were too busy talking to one another to pay attention to the order.

I ordered a #42 chicken cheesesteak bowl. I ordered through door dash. When I received it… it was a steak cheesesteak bowl. I had my husband take the bowl back for the correct item. My husband spoke to a heavy set lady who appeared to be the manager as she was barking orders at the employees and was extremely rude to my husband. This women told my husband “ come here, it shows cheesesteak” the order clearly states chicken cheesesteak on the doordash app. My husband ended up asking her does she know the difference between chicken & steak?Jersey Mike’s please coach your managers on customer service!

Went to this location for a Philly chicken, there were four people behind the counter and only two people in line and they were already having their sandwiches made the lady told me they didn't have any hot Subs because they were short staffed I asked so you got the stuff to make it you're just not going to make it and she said we're short-staffed with four people behind the counter and two people already having their food made and nobody else behind me. That's ridiculousness and laziness. Jimmy John's from now on

The jersey mikes by vol state doesn't know how to read . They never get anything right...wonder where they are hiring these careless people from? Surely isn't rocket science to read words and execute a freakin sandwich properly.

It's the way that the service at this location was HORRIBLE. Me and 2 others in our group ordered our sandwiches. One person got their order on time, the rest of us had to wait for 45 minutes. They helped EVERY single person in the line behind us and they were almost finished eating by the time we got our food. The employees completely ignored our orders until we had to remind them about it (45 minutes later.) Then when we reminded them about it they gave us nothing but attitude. Even though they helped 15 people who had come and gone before we even got ours made!! No apologies, absolutely nothing. Will NEVER be back.

Why does this location never answer the phones? Also why everytime I wanna add extra mushrooms, that option is most of the time disabled for this location but Hendersonville location always have the option add extra?
