I want to shout out to Irvan the manager at this location is fantastic! We live a half hour away and I had placed a pickup order for my husband to pick up on the way home from work when his car broke down we had to cancel the order. He went out of his way to call me on his day off to arrange to remake the order for a different day. We were having a rough week and people like him really helped to not complicate the process! Very disappointed & highly upset.So many times my husband and I have tried to eat at this location & it's always suppose to be open but it's closed. Yesterday 4/01/24 Monday it was 930pm they aren't suppose to close till 12pm and we came to the drive through speaker after another car just pulled up. The woman said hold on. So we waited 30 mins and I finally was like hello can you take my order. Then we are informed they are doing shift change at 930pm at night. So I said okay we can wait as we already had been waiting 30 mins as it was. I said how long will it take with a lot of huffing and puffing and then no response. I finally said you know what I'll just give a bad review. The woman was so rude through the speaker. Needless to say it seems like they only serve who they want to serve which is discrimination. Not even sure how it remains open when they seem to always be closed or have an excuse as to why they can't serve paying customers!!!!Won't be back to this location. Thanks for nothing per usual.

We really enjoyed our food. It was fast and hot. Everything was so fresh. It was delicious. Also the lady working the drive through was awesome. She smiled the whole time and was super friendly.

Not sure what's up with the lower ratings, because this Krystal's food was hot and delicious.The service was great.My online order was ready very quickly.There was not an obscene line in the drive thru.They skimped on pickles on the Chiks, but every Krystal does that in the history of Krystals.Maybe I have more of an appreciation since I've been living in White Castle land for 5 years and missing it terribly....but ya'll better APPRECIATE.

Food was great and fresh which it should have since we waited like 15 minutes after being pulled to a parking spot to wait. The lady on the speaker was rude and took our order wrong. Then waited at window forever with no one even acknowledging that we was at the window. Customer service could be so so much better here.

This is the worst Krystal I have ever visited. I can't rate the food as I never had my order taken. Hardly any customers here, and the drive thru never moved fifteen minutes. Whoever the manager is, needs to be fired as well as the lazy employees.
