Came there for lunch today, the lady with the eyebrow piercing was extremely rude to customers & staff. She was more rude to the young lady assisting her today (I believe she’s new, I’ve never seen her before). I will never be back solely based off of how I seen this individual treat others with absolute verbal abuse & no respect. Here’s some advice, if you’re rushing maybe you should arrive earlier to prep for the day & be proactive instead of getting overwhelmed & taking it out on people around you.

Stopping through Gallatin and found this great sandwich place. Attracted to try by reading the reviews and the menu. Those who know me know that I obsess over panini! They make fantastic paninis. I tried the muffuletta (as depicted).. The flavors were outstanding. I really enjoyed the contrast of the salami and black olives. After we ordered, the sandwiches were prepared swiftly. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I really enjoyed the design on the inside given the age of the buildings on the square in Gallatin. Note the art depicted. Mad props to the person making interior design selections. Give this shop a try if you haven't yet. You'll enjoy the experience.

This unassuming deli on the square is a must try if you are in the area. EVERYTHING is fresh, the pressed sandwiches are incredible, the salads are made to order and I think all of the dressings are house made. The owner is front and center taking orders, prepping food and making sure all is good once your food is served.

I got it to go order scheduled from this place and of course it was immediately ready to go as soon as I got there. The food is bomb, I got the fried bologna sandwich and the Muffaletta! They're delicious, if you haven't checked out their website I suggest you do and that way you can make a decision on what amazing sandwich you want to try! It's a definite recommend if you haven't been there already!

I never write bad reviews……but this is a must. I ordered the a salad with chicken. Everything tasted great until I looked down and saw either a maggot or a worm in my salad. I panicked….did not take a pic, almost vomited and took my salad to the manager. She did not look, offered to remake it and told me I should have taken a picture. I could not imagine eating anything after that. I am very frustrated about the customer service strategy here.
