Ordered 2 pizzas to go in the store, not online. Waited 45-60 mins for them. Never got our pizzas for my nephew’s birthday & these little boys waiting & hungry …. Just 2 large pizzas…. That’s all! They had given our pizzas away to someone else & left us sitting there that long not telling us. Granted it was very busy but they had loaded pizzas up 5-10 at a time for online customers & completely neglected us. Then they were cold about it…… in actuality….,racist attitudes prevailed. They could care less…. Even the manager! They gave us a refund & that was it! I had gotten so mad at their indifference & hatefulness . So went to Pizza Hut down the street & the lady there was completely opposite! She was an angel & I told her the situation…..COMPLETELY opposite attitude !!!! This spoke volumes because she was older & mature & wiser . Will not go to Little Caesars ever again because this has occurred numerous times!! They were hateful there!Go work somewhere else if you can’t do your job! I’m not forcing you to work there!

If it wasn't for a couple of the males everything at this Lil Ceasars would be perfect but there's a couple of guys that work here that have a not so great attitude they never smile not polite at all other than that it's great food is great prices are affordable and pretty quick

Bread sticks never have any sprinkled cheese on them like their the only reaso i go to little cesar and now i dont cause the bread sticks are tiny and cheese

Little ceasars is a great little pizza place to get pizza and not pay an arm an leg. I like to stop in and get the kids pizza once every two or three weeks when I don't feel like cooking that night or it's a late dinner. Also, saves on messing up dishes so we get paper plates. Doing this makes it quick and easy and tastes great. My only complaint an reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is getting wings, because they come in plastic bowels which holds the heat from the wings in an causes condensation so the wings get soggy. If they would switch to paper owls or trays that would help with that an also be better for recycling just an idea Thanks.,
This place is my go to it has above average pizza but it is so cheap and made fast I'd recommend anyone to try it! Also the people are nice too. It also had a nice vibe to it.

Today there was a very long wait in the store with no communication about why and an individual at the register that only said "food is in the oven". This cashier person was unwilling to address the issue even though there were no other customers in the store. I asked the cashier person if there was a manager in the store, the answer was " there is a peron in charge here" . I asked the cashier person to get the in charge person to come up to the front and address the issue, and the in charge person never addressed the issue either. The pizza took almost 30 min because the order was not put in correctly and had to be made again. The staff person who brought the pizza to the front counter was nice and apologized with an expanation. I understand this happens but I also understand the importance of customer service includes letting me know this. Instead of letting me stand there and wait. Im REALLY disappointed in this location. I do not know if anyone else has had this experience, but just being a teenage cashier is no excuse for lack of attention to customer issues. That is what training is for.

The only way you will ever get food from them is either a mobile order (which they turn off sometimes) or go in person and wait almost an hour. Their phone "doesn't work" for about 8 years now. I even tested it and called it while standing in the store. It goes straight to busy tone while it's sitting right in front of me with no one using it.
