I order the bbq pork family meal for delivery. I also ordered the mac n cheese and corn as my side items. My food was delicious but the mac n cheese literally was 4 single containers of about 2 tablespoons each- very small portion for a family of four. The rest of the meal seemed portioned right. They also did not include the bbq sauce.

Are waitress was great her name was Alex I order country fried steak dinner my poor waitress came back me that they didn't have any prep back there and if I would like something else I told her sure because she was upset I told her everything would be alright .I just wanted to say the food was okay but the service that little waitress did was outstanding thank you Alex if we come back will be asking for you .and as for management yall really need to get your kitchen fixed .that can hurt your business.

We ordered ribs. They were not fall off the bone. We used 2 forks and pryed them apart. One more thing, the cooks they emptied. A 1/2, a bag of cinnamon on my sweet potato. So whatch yours?

Logan's was as Logan's are.., they are plentiful, you know exactly what you're getting, the food is edible, and the portions are decent (I'm a big guy, so that's important), the atmosphere is relaxed and the wait staff at the Gallatin location was friendly and funny. I met a friend here and it was pleasant.

The ribeye sandwich was inedible.Could not cut it with a steak knife or bite into it.It was all fat and gristle.Cannot believe the kitchen staff would serve it to their customers.Manager did remove item from my bill.This restaurant chain used to be very good.I guess I should have been warned by the empty parking lot.What happened?
Our server, Chris was awesome. Could not have had a better server. The kitchen was another story - deleted meals, wrong meals, ran out of ribs, food extremely salty, and cooking steak was a challenge. Wow Logans. After not eating your food over 8 years, the day I decide to was not a good day - for either of us. Well, I guess I will start the clock back again. See you on 8 years.

Went for my birthday "Reward". Was trying them again after walking out the previous time. Walked out again tonight. No one at hostess stand when we walked in. Once we were seated, no one even acknowledged us for 10+ minutes. Should have guessed it would be horrible...we were there at 6 pm and LOTS of parking available in lot while O'Charley's and Chili's were both slammed. Don't go here unless you bring food from somewhere else to eat while you are ignored.
