This is only my second time to visit this location. Both times I have had very rude costumer service! We were literally ignored both times while waiting to order food. Then some other people walked in, and they were offered service first. Do better people!

Last visit, they left a piece of wax paper attached to the cheese on my son's sandwich. I approached the young girl about it and she just stared at me. Today, my son and I go in and stand in front of the register to be helped and order our food. A family of 4 waited behind us. The brown haired lady asked to help the people behind us without asking us. I couldn't believe it! We had been waiting for at least 10 min and she did not bother to ask us. We ended up leaving because she did not take our order. We will not be going back!

I went by after work for the first time tonight, got a sandwich, chips, a coke and two cookies to go; when I got home the 2, very expensive, cookies weren't in my bag. Lots of employees were milling around, most appeared not to know what they were doing, and the kitchen staff acted like they were put out about something. Service everywhere now sux.

My receipt stated sandwich with extras.Two pickles, bag of chips and chili.I received no chips and had to go ask for those. No pickles and no extra cheese.Cold sandwich warm chili. First time with the chili. Won’t get it again. Kind of chili that goes on an Ohio chili dog.?

When you order chicken salad croissant and drive 8 miles home and find out you have a grilled chicken sandwich you are not very happy! Especially since you were craving chicken salad! Plus the girl that took my order seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else!

Horrible. Food cold. Soup the consistency of nasal fluids .Sandwich had maybe a half ounce of chicken.Tried this place when first opened and thought I would give it another chance.Not one but improved.Don't waste your money.

The food from here is absolutely amazing, really high quality, but my biggest complaint is the prices. I can go get 3 times the serving size at Jersey Mike's for less than the price of literally one sandwich from this place. While the quality is very good, it's just not worth it when there are a million other options for cheaper. Plus, Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and Firehouse sandwich quality is on the same level as this place, but you get a lot more bang for your buck.
