Friendly staff and fast service but we get food poisoning 2 out of 3 times when ordering here. Hoping this review alerts management to tighten up and monitor spoilage, sanitation protocols or whatever is going on inside this store to lead to this consistent and unfortunate issue. ??

Got my pizza delivered with a piece of hair baked into my pizza. Called the manager and she argued back and forth with me saying no one is working there with that color hair. I told her I can send her a picture and she told me she can’t receive pictures. She then went on to pretend she couldn’t hear me anymore and hung up on me!! Absolutely nothing was done.Here’s your picture you couldn’t receive. :)

I guess I came in on a great day. The manager was here alone with no other employees. Doing the job of 6 stressed but with respect. I was still given excellent attentive service as I watched multiple orders and deliveries ring up and delivery people come in and out. Mad respect for hard work and a great attitude.Food was not burnt, Papadilla is good. The Dorito one was better. Chicken, bacon,ranch.I say get the Shaqaroni!

Rude as hell! The girl at the front desk needs to know how to talk to customers better. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues here! I shouldn’t have to deal with this. The pizza is good but not for the customer service y’all give! Do better papa John’s!!! And I understand the light's went out bc of the storm and the system went down. But he clearly paid for the pizza!!!! Make the pizza and stop being rude! And no manger even came to help with the situation! I won’t be back here.

They burnt my pizza literally no pizza just toppings and when I said something about it the worker was rude and told me if you ask for well done this what well done is . Wasn't professional at all then told Me they couldn't make me another at all. I will not be ording from then again in gallatin ..then also they got pizza dough out in the open just sitting out they wear no gloves no hair net just nasty...

They fucked up my pizza and didn't wanna remake it but can refund it??? I was like why not just use my refund to remake the pizza lmao. Then when i'm pissed off about them not remaking my food they wanna call the cops and tell them my boyfriend threw a pizza at them. All the mfs that work there are disrespectful and liars so have fun if they fuck up your order.

Mp pizza was too big for the box. I called & they argued with me. It was folded over about 2 inches on one side. Pizza is expensive. They refused to make a new one when I took it back. Said it happens all the time.
