We ordered the bbq chicken and the Supreme pizzas, as well as mild Buffalo chicken wings.Neither pizza was fully cooked. The bbq chicken pizza still had crumbly uncooked cheese and appeared as it had been dropped as the toppings had slid all off on one side into the box. The dough was uncooked on both pizzas.We've never had this experience at this pizza hut in Gallatin before. Extra food items were delivered that we did not order. I dont know if they did this to make up for the problem pizzas or not but I would rather have had the pizzas prepared as we ordered them. More care needs to be taken to assure high quality of the food that is being delivered.

I called and ordered 1 large Supreme pizza and an order of bread stick to be delivered 10 min from the store. Pizza was great and breadsticks great. Deliver was prompt and everyone was nice and curious. It was the best $85 dollar pizza I will ever eat because I won’t be spending $85 for a pizza again. That was CRAZY when I got that bill ! Pizza Hut in gallatin, Tn because Hendersonville Pizza Hut said I was not in their area at Saundersville rd area

I ordered a carryout order and ended up forgetting my wings. After getting home I called back and they took care of the issue right away. The only thing I'm upset about it not being about to give more than 5 stars. The food was fine but the lady working the front counter was the single nicest person I've dealt with in this industry for a long time. I feel bad I never got a name but I will absolutely be returning and fight through the heartburn because of her. My visit was 3/2/24 around 6PM.

Ordered through the App, put for 7p delivery. When I placed it the app said delivery at 5:15p. I called the store to ensure it was 7p and the guy who answered told me it was for sure del for 7p. I get home at 6 and the pizza is on the doorstep for over an hour, nice and cold. Thanks Pizza

The drive thru addent made the experience 100% amazing. The pizza was your normal pizza hut experience. You know exactly what you ordered and what you will receive, but the drive thru lady (I wish I knew her name. The date was 12/16/23 at 5:20pm) made our experience magical! Thank you!

Placed a delivery order hours in advanced was supposed to be at 4. So called and was told it was already delivered. Then when we stay on the line to talk to an actual person, the manager who answered was continuously cutting my husband off and was trying to rush us off the phone.. I understand things happen and orders can be late due to traffic but at least let your customers finish saying what they need to say on the phone.
