I was so excited to greet some Popeyes to eat my chicken and to get ready for my red beans n rice for it not even be in the meal! I was so disappointed but the chicken was good. It would've been better if the red beans and rice were in the bag!

Line at drive through. Two lanes but only using one. Went inside. Side doors locked. Went around to other side. Employees moving slow. Cooking lots of chicken and sitting it under heater. Orders placed and filled one at time. My chicken is dry. Overall just not excited to eat here. The worst experience to pay high price for a couple pieces of chicken. The only positive is the kitchen was clean.

This location is garbage. I definitely would not recommend nor go back. I love Popeyes, but this location has bout made me no longer like Popeyes. The quality of the food is always old or dark. Like it has been sitting way too long. Then my order is always missing something. Then they will never answer the phone. This has happened more than twice. I stopped eating here for months tried it again and the issues. Popeye's is going down in quality and service as well as taste

Witnessed lady in braids smoke weed in parking lot then return to work.
Stopped by tonight (Friday) a little past 8:00pm to order from inside and it was closed. Spoke to a worker outside and he told me the drive in was open. I explained it wasn't even 8:30 yet and he told me if I didn't like it I could go to KFC across the street. One, wonder if the GM knows they are closing early on a Friday and turning business away cause they want to leave early and second I'm sure the owners or GM would be happy knowing they have an employee treating customers that way. So I did, I went to KFC and will do so from now on. I was eating here multiple times a week until tonight.

I called up there this morning because they had messed up our order from last night tried calling them last night for 15 mins and no one would answer then I called this morning to speak to the manager and they said to call after 5pm so I did again the phone just ranged and ranged after the 3rd time calling they finally picked up and it was the manager and she just said mmm hmm and hung up the phone. I wasn't rude or anything we didn't even eat the food. So we just now threw it away because of her rudeness we won't be going back there

The people that work here are extremely rude and disrespectful! We went at 4 in the afternoon to try there blackened chicken sandwich and the hateful rude employee said they are out of them! Really the parking lot was empty there were no customers there never are because service is so bad.And also since we backed up at the speaker she made us drive around the building because it supposedly messed up her speaker! We are done will not be back!

July 14th 2023 Friday so me and our family tried to dine in and they said their dining room is closed. So then we tried to go through the drive through and they said it would be 15 minutes before they could take our order or longer cause their systems are down but they had someone in the drive thru window that had just placed an order and was waiting on their food. They were just being lazy and standing around. The systems were clearly not down they just didn't want to work. And their digital screen in the drive thru was up quaking so it was a lie. Not good service get better workers that aren't lazy.
