My husband and I ordered takeout, I was craving Mexican chicken soup, so I was excited to try theirs. It's listed that it includes chicken, avocado, pico and rice. I pretty much received corn in a bland chicken broth where a couple of tiny shreds of chicken decided to show up and leave a tiny bit behind before jumping out. It was the smallest amount of chicken you could imagine. It had two slices of avocado, no rice, and maybe a teaspoon of pico for a large $12.59 soup. My husband got enchiladas and he said they were okay, so I'll give two stars for that, but pretty disappointed in general for a very highly rated restaurant. Don't bother with the soup.

Food nothing special. Service poor, waitress could not speak English, or acted like she did not understand what we wanted several times, so our orders were really a mess. It was lunch on 3/5/24. I ordered off the regular dinner menu but they attempted to bring out reduced lunch special portion even though I told them I wanted the dinner portion. They need to work on their " salsa" it was tomatoes water with some pepper.

I used to love this place so much but today it took a turn fresh plates one bite in to my second bite a nice ole jet black hair , “we all have light colored hair “sent it back no problem and as the nice server is about to walk off my partner went to take a bite of her burrito and he watched her cut it as a big ole hair was in the middle of her bite “visible” so at this point all four of us lost our appetite so the OWNER came out and tried calling me a Liar basically saying all his kitchen staff wears hairnets so I told him to pull the tapes !save your time and money

We ate last night At your restaurant, but all of a sudden we all got sick. We all threw up about 10 times ! This was horrible I would not recommend going here and the food takes forever.. and also I would not recommend going here if you wanna stay up all night throwing up ?

I always love going to Ricardo’s. Service is quick and super friendly. The restaurant is clean and the decor is lovely. The food is ALWAYS delicious. We’ve been going there for years and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
They act like they don’t speak English, no Apple Pay, sub par food, TERRIBLE customer service.I stopped in for lunch and put in a to-go order.-realized i forgot my wallet and said, I'm going to get my wallet to pay you, ill be right back...So I'm gone about 10 mins and walk back into restaurant to pickup food.That's when they said ohh we cancel the order...then acts like they don't understand me.

It was okay. My complaint is that the grande burrito came with refried beans which was not included on the menu. And it came with lots of it. I wanted more steak and veggies for $13.99. Unfortunately, due to incorrect menu descriptions, I probably won't try them again. I will stick with El tequila or Los toritos.
