Ordered one drink and egg bites before I left my house at 15 minutes away on a Wednesday at 10am. Got here and my order still isn’t ready at 20 minutes now. There are plenty of people working here and it’s not that busy. Why am I overpaying for garbage service and cold food?!

Took 25 minutes to get a coffee and a white hot chocolate. it wasn’t really that busy inside, but they are either understaffed or undertrained.Also, it was really messy inside. Looks like they need to sweep and mop, and wipe tables down.

As usual ordering from the app and picking up here is a waste. I didn’t get my extras that I paid for. The rest of the order was right however they really need to start reading the customizations for their drinks.

Everything about this store is ? the only thing is that at night like around 6pm-close it slows very bad.Wish they can put people who can move the line quick. We waited almost 16min almost 20min. Other than that this store is the best I love the workers they just have to speed it up..

Incredibly slow, I’ve placed mobile orders and waited an hour from the time the order was placed for my order to be ready. Seems they have the same amount of people working here as they do at other branches they are just soooo painfully slow.
