Do not use a delivery service from the Subway. Evidently you need to order in person to point at what you want on the sandwiches. This is the second consecutive order where the receipt plainly states how the subs are to be made, but the illiterate staff either need eye exams or English lessons because they obviously cannot read simple instructions. Please, hire new staff or just remove this location from all delivery services.

I was there yesterday and forgot to call since we got busy but I got three sandwiches two steak and cheese and a kids roasted turkey. When you ask/pay for extra stuff you should put extra stuff on but the point of this review is the 1.5 inch long brown piece of hair that fell off the kids head onto my wife's sandwich. What happened to hair nets and gloves? I watched the girl in there texting on her phone then starting on someone's food without washing her hands or putting gloves on. The screen to your phone has so much bacteria and so many germs its not even funny. Please, please do better. Also, I'm sorry this is so long, it's just extremely frustrating always going through stuff like this.

Finally. A pleasant experience at a subway. After the covid years. The guys working the counter are very pleasant and seemed happy to be there. This made for an enjoyable experience.

I ordered online and the store didn’t answer drive thru and sign said closed. So the following morning I went back up and they refused to fill order because I should have walked in the store. However I couldn’t see anyone in the store from outside either. Horrible customer service especially when I order from them weekly.

This has to be by far the worst location in Gallatin. I always go to the Nashville Pike location or the one out by Vol State but delivery always picks the nearest location to your home. My issue is #1 they never answer the freaking phone. The Subway website changed my delivery address from my home to their store address which should NEVER happen. #2 I called the store 12 times to only keep getting a recording not even for the store #3 the door dash delivery driver wouldn't even answer their phone when i tried to call and update the info so i ended up having to contact DoorDash and since it is a 3rd party the info isn't on their website because it was ordered through Subway's website. All this could have been avoided if they would answer the phone. Its a sandwich shop full of teenagers working - one could turn around and grab the phone. They're always just standing around whenever you go in. I guarantee you the ringer is turned off. Just bad business all the way around.

The store was filthy. This is a moment when you wish you would have taken photos when I said something to the employee he said well we're just very busy." There were chunks of chicken and smeared sauce all the way over to the cash register. The tea machines were either broken or with a little bit of liquid in them. Appeared like black mold was growing inside of them.

Rude and disrespectful manager. Actually called me an a hole in the store. Also, you have to ask for lettuce on a salad. Get real!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered online. They got our subs wrong. Ordered a spicy Italian and got a chicken strip sub? Tasted horrible. This is not the first time they have got our order wrong or forgot something. I gave them so many chances. I only went back because it's so close to where I live. They need to close this location and put something else there to be honest. It would be better for the plaza and the city of Gallatin.

Server was slow and confused, made the wrong sandwich and asked me if I was okay with it. Worked out in the end.
