Six month ban. Next time you cost someone $7 don't say "Oh I'm sorry" and "Save your coupon for next time". Reminder set for 6 months. Wont be back till I get notif. Sandwiches look great btw. But principles are principles.

Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie foot long which my wife enjoys and at a great price if you order on the app - $6.99 for foot long! I had the ham and turkey foot long priced at $8.99 and enjoyed it!! Also I recommend spending the $1.50 upgrade for Xtra 50% meat which really makes it a game changer! You can basically build it yourself on the app and just show up for pickup at the store. They also run specials thru the app and rewards so if you want something a little more healthy, you may want to try subway app.

You should not order online or at the drive thru here. Your sub is most likely to be incorrect unless you watch them each step of the way. If your sandwich is missing something, such as double meat, you’ll have to take it back for anything to be done about it. I tried to submit a ticket online regarding a near-meatless sub I received when I paid $3 extra for double meat. I got some copy/paste email apologizing and have not received any further response about it, even though I had a picture to show them and have been a loyal customer, spending hundreds in the last year. They do not care about you and have zero issue simply taking your money. This happened to me four times, so I’ve essentially donated $12 to the owner of this restaurant. I won’t be going back after this poor display of customer service.

Nice staff!!! Bt my 6” meat was pre cut to like a 4 in..!! So I’m eating bread then my Italian herb& cheese bread came in 3 pieces!! ?

They don't seem to get anything right unless you go inside and watch them every step of the way. Can't rely on them writing anything down because they don't follow their own instructions (if they wrote it right to begin with (dive-thru). Maybe more time paying attention and less time goofing off with co-workers? Someone please do something to fix your employees! ?

No smart phone or internet. We are seniors on a fixed income. We can only buy things on sale. These days if youdon't have an app. or online coupons you can't get a sale price or deal.
