I’m not a big coffee drinker so I got a regular cup of coffee and the avocado sourdough toast with egg on top. It came with a side of what I think was balsamic dressing (which I thought was odd). But when I drizzled it over, it was amazing! What a great combination! I would also love to know what they season their avocado spread with! I may ask next time!

There's a very good reason why this place is well rated. Not a fluke!This joint might not have "all the flavors" associated with some coffee shops, but it doesn't need all that to be an overall excellent spot to make your primary/go to coffee shop.And sure, they may not be open every day like the mainstream coffee places, but that isn't this place.This is a well ran place, with plenty of spots to "park your seat" for a spot to converse with another, to think/contemplate, or even work for a bit...whilst sipping on a coffee or tea (in my case, usually both). And their food/treats are scratch made, though small in selection it makes up in excellence/tastiness.In this old manor, there are chances to shop in the little shops that are set up in side rooms and depending on the time of year there are opportunities for shopping with other vendors outside (for their Farmer's Market).It's also a great hosting venue, which they've hosted many types of events, for business meetings, weddings, baby/wedding showers, etc.The owners know how to run a great spot, both in esthetically pleasing decor and service.If you're local, definitely should be visited at least once, though believe it should be more frequented by more and more...worth it!

First time visit here for breakfast, was overall good. Customer service was great. Everyone had genuine smiling faces, make eye contact with you, and communicate. Even when they’re busy. You can tell this establishment care about their customers satisfaction. You don’t feel rushed, nor is it a long wait time for service. I ordered the French toast and eggs. Prices are reasonable. It’s family owned as well. 10/10 I highly recommend :)

Bistro 562 is one of my top regular places to work, meet up with people and refer! The food is amazing, the coffee is awesome, and Jeff, Heather, Samantha and the rest of the crew are some of the friendliest warmest most engaging people I’ve ever met. I can’t say enough about this surprise gem in Gallatin. Keep up the good work! Six stars if they would let me!

Went by Bistro 562 for a quick bite on a Saturday morning. They were a bit busy, partly because there was an art show happening, which added a nice ambiance. It's counter service where you order, take a number and find a seat. The decor is nice and they had fresh flowers on almost every table. My partner had the bagel sandwich and couldn't stop raving about it. I too ordered the bagel sandwich which after about 5 minutes after ordering I was informed that they had ran out, tells you how good it is! I opted for the avocado toast, which was good, but obviously not the bagel sandwich lol. The avocado spread on the toast was good, I tasted citrus from either that on the vinaigrette that it's topped with. My partner also ordered an iced coffee which they enjoyed.

Would not recommend. Food arrived cold and undercooked. People it's not that hard, hot food needs to be served hot and don't. Cold food needs to be served cold. Good customer service and a clean place!
First time here and I can definitely say it WONT be the last! Family owned and very very friendly folks. The food and coffee is amazing! Lots of really nice locally made crafts etc for sale in some of the rooms as well in the 1800s historical home turned Bistro! A+ all around

Got the yogurt parfait and was huge! And very yummy and fresh! Friend got the brownie and it was warm, super chocolaty and a generous portion. Will be going back and bringing others with me!

I have tried every Blueberry muffin/ scone in Murfreesboro Tennessee and decided to see what the blueberry scones are like in Gallatin. I was not disappointed. It has a perfect texture and is served with a lemon curd that perfectly compliments the blueberries. easily the best blueberry scone I have had to date. I love the atmosphere and this is a great place to study/ work/ enjoy. 10/10

This place has amazing atmosphere and food. I only got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but it was so good, you can tell they actually make everything themselves. My only issue was that it took over 20 mins to get our food but it was worth it so im not that upset about it. The coffee I got was alright.
