Great food. My personal favorite is the fish Sandwich with a side of onion rings. The sandwich is big. The cheeseburgers are good. They serve drinks in large mason jars. The atmosphere is laid back. It is always busy and pretty noisy. Sometimes the parking is limited. They do not accept cash. Sometimes its difficult to get them to answer the phones to place a takeout order.Parking: They stay pretty busy, sometimes parking is limited.
Ok so we were feeling Cue and headed there I had pork plate with baked bean potato salad and cornbread my daughter had ribs fries and baked beans with cornbread my little noodle had Mac n cheese food was bomb with different sauces to use when you pull up there is a outside eating area busy inside but everyone was friendly sit anywhere they come to you immediately get your drink orders food it brought out literally 5 minutes after you order it steaming hot waitress checked on us refilled glasses even made noodle a small cup upon leaving I don’t realize they were cash only my bad they were gracious enough to just take my name and number so I went to a corner store to grab cash and brought it right back tipped my waitress and thanked them that was one of the most courteous things a place could do I could tell it was a family atmosphere I even offered to leave my credit card while I went to go get cash they declined my offer and said if happens we understand thank you all for you hospitality

At the time i went, it was the perfect "Down south" type of BBQ place, a porch, guy in a rocking chair outside, seating outside, wood floors, and great food!A platter was maybe 8 bucks, and it was plenty of food. The meat was great-truly a delicious smoked serving great with or without sauce-beans that put most places to shame, a perfect mix of beans and sauce and other stuff, its complimented the meat perfectly-you just had to have a bite of each thing in rotation-especially hoecakces!I visited and just driving by we said, thats where we have to eat-so we did! No regrets

Food and service is outstanding! Atmosphere is great, crowded seating ( because of great food and service, of course!).They could possibly make some kind of entry area to keep the cold weather back from nearby tables?We'll be back! We'll just hope for seating away from the entry ?

We love the food here. We live 4 hours from Nashville and we travel to eat there often. We have had the same server that we always get. But today, we were approached by another server about not leaving a tip. We had in fact tipped but this lady thought we didn't. She yelled at us in front of multiple tables. As much as the food is great, I don't think our large parties will be returning this establishment. I tried to talk to a manager but there was no manager to be found. Very disappointed today...
