Very disappointed in Baskin Robbins, after reading the reviews on the location I see it is a pattern. Very sad experience with a well known established brand.

The terrible service, the messy and dirty place. We ordered 2 ice creams and 2 hot chocolates, which were water, we asked the cashier to change it and I just added more chocolate powder but it didn't improve. The ice creams are nothing impressive, there are many better options and with better service. I wouldn't repeat

Popular ice cream place I was told to try by other people, I'm usually opposed to only one ice cream place and that's it.They have 31 ice cream flavors, what else could you ask for, no more, no less.It's also in a very popular tourist area so many people during the summer times are going to love this ice cream, almost like they will run out like a drought.Sadly, they didn't have my favorite ice cream flavor, Cookies and Cream in stock so I just ended up getting something else.It is so busy, I ended up having trouble taking photos because I usually don't take photos of people because they seem disturbed.

Lady was looking at my children with hate and said "let's see if I can understand your language " while she clearly hear us speaking English. After, taking a picture we walked away because I will teach my children integrity among many other things. If you are Hispanic do not give your business to this place .

Well it says that they close at 10pm but for the second night in a row, looks like they decided to close at 9pm. If they decide to close early, they should put, “subject to when we don’t want to work”.

My boyfriend and I really wanted ice cream so we stopped in. The service was absolutely terrible. The people that worked there seemed absolutely miserable. Didn't get a hello, or really any verbal contact other than asking what we wanted and telling us how much our total was. I also saw one of the guys working there stick his hand in the freezer and rub it against it. Kinda gross. The ice cream was fine, but everything else was a no.

I have never cared for Baskin Robbins as never had good experience at any. The husband wanted to stop, and that was cool. I decided to get the mocha blast. It was the worst experience ever. Guy made it turned around and left it, and someone had to get it as he had started waiting on someone else . Lady at cash register gave it to me and rudely told me to read the signs. The dude took off and left it, so that was not my fault. We left, and it was nasty. I threw in trash. So, do not recommend imitation Starbucks drinks. Service bad
