Ordered the calzone to go because it was late and closing so didn’t get to see it until we got back to hotel. First of all, they brag about it being the size of a football but what they don’t tell you is it’s almost all bread. There is barely any pepperoni in it and none in the end pieces. It smelled good and tasted good, but it was not worth the price. All the extra bread they put around the calzone is wasteful!

Decided to try this place as we make our way through the local eateries. When we entered we weren’t give any directives to get a menu or where order. After ordering and finding a seat a young lady asked to take our pictures. No explanation was given. It was awkward to say the least. She then returned to give us our purchase options. Her reappearance was surprising and her high pressure sales pitch was offensive. If I hadn’t paid in advance I would have left before the food came. This place is a one and done for us.

Service was great, and food was fantastic. Got the Luau pizza, a calzone, and manicotti. The food came with garlic rolls, and not only was the calzone massive, it was FULL of cheese/toppings.

I have eaten at Best Italian since the 1990s but it's been a few years and I was unpleasantly surprised at the changes. There are no servers, you must order before you sit from a menu on the wall. You get your own drinks, paper napkins and plastic cutlery. Very much a fast food atmosphere now as opposed to the casual dining experience of the past. The quality of the food was not bad with the exception of the fried ravioli (over cooked) but it was much more fast-food Italian than the authentic dishes they used to serve. Overall a disappointing experience, perhaps because I was expecting much more.

Pizza was good but the place has seen better days. Sad and depressing inside. Its sorta cafeteria style, get in line, order your food, they bring it to you. If your hungry and don't have other options it works.
