We ordered our food online in the evening and when we got there to pick it up it wasn't very busy at all. Friendly and quick service from the woman at the counter. PLENTY of sauces to choose from and you can fill your own to-go cups with sauce. The food was great, I thought the portions could've been a little bigger but maybe that's just me. Great place nonetheless, I recommend it!

Was not impressed store was empty. Chicken was old and brisket was not great either. Maybe it's better when it's busy?

My husband and I chose the #1 Picnic Family Packs combo, the cashier was the one who recommended us to choose it and it was the best choice, my husband eats a lot and it's enough food for 3 with that combo. The ribs are delicious and have a lot of meat. Excellent place to come as a family. Nice place and delicious food at affordable prices

Came to Tennessee on vacation in search of a good bbq joint. This place fell short. I got the pulled pork sandwich. I can taste the smoke flavor/ Taste in the pork which was good. However there was no other taste. No seasoning to it, just plain. The fries were very salty and taste like fries that were made in the oven and overly salted. I also got the smoked chicken wings in the sweat and Spicy sauce. Again just taste like it was made in the oven nothing spectacular about this food. Just because you put bbq sauce on it doesn't make it bbq. This place has potential to be a actually bbq joint but it is far from it.

We had lunch here every day for a week! The BBQ is delicious. My team and I enjoyed pulled chicken, pulled pork, ribs, chili. All of it was excellent. The staff were really nice to us all week. The restaurant is clean and well stocked. It is comfortable to sit and eat here. The location is excellent as it's right across from the convention center. Also, they have parking places !!!

We were able to walk here from our hotel for dinner, and it was certainly worth the walk - it's a bit out of the way up a side street. Counter service - order and wait for your number to be called. Pretty varied menu with lots of options, but all standard stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. Pulled pork on a bun was moist and tasty, as was the chicken, the sides were good and obviously house made, as were the sauces. They had a small selection of local craft beer, but what they had was good.

food was kind of ok. bbq sauce was sweet. no spicy sauces, which is a huge let down. we were the only customers in the building. the manager was really nice. the person who came from the kitchen and brought out the food was not. very rude. won't be coming back just because of that.

Food was cold. All of it. Even the fries. Order also wrong. Pulled pork had no taste and all the sauses were sweet even the vinegar sause. Staff cranky and not helpful.

Bones BBQ Joint, late on Friday night - was worried that all they would have left would be dried out meat and the dregs of the mac n cheese sides. Turned out the 1/4 pound of pulled pork sandwich was moist enough that I didn’t even need to use any of the half dozen sauce choices they had available! The mac n cheese was fresh tasting, and I really liked the potato salad - very flavorful! Several brews in tap, and wuite a few more in bottles/cans. Would definitely go back! Great last minute find you should take advantage of!

Really good food. Meat was a bit dry but when we added BBQ sauce it was really good. Potato salad, beans, and Cole slaw were amazing. Staff is super friendly and it’s off the main road so it wasn’t crazy busy on a Saturday night.

Went here last year when I was in Gatlinburg, absolutely delicious food! The employees were very friendly. Ate their 3 times that week! Going back next week and excited to eat here again! The staff was so cool that they let us park in their parking lot while we walked on Main Street. It's around the corner from Main Street and in walking distance from many hotels. I stay at Sydney James when I visit witch is a 5 minute walk. In my opinion, they were the best restaurant in Gatlinburg! I highly recommend!

The food was okay nothing special. Maybe it was the time I went in but the pork seemed like it was microwaved and not smoked today. The pickle chips were extra greasy and fried for too long. The batter was extra thick and not thin like every other fried pickle chips I have ever had. I didn’t expect them to be amazing since it’s a bbq joint but I still wanted to try them.

This place has a cozy atmosphere and the employees are so nice. The food is really good, it had some of the best brisket I've had. The prices aren't too bad, especially for the portion size.

Wasn't too busy here so we were skeptical.. BUT so happy we came here!! It was very quick service and the food was amazing!! We are travelers and this was the first place we tried when coming here to Gatlinburg. My family enjoyed this a lot. The guy who took our order even came to the table to make sure we were doing okay and got us whatever we needed when really you just grab your own things next to the counter hut service was amazing and food was great!! No complaints here

Stopped in here for some BBQ with the kids on vacation. The have a variety of sauces you can pump on your on including Alabama white, mustard, a bourbon BBQ, a sweet BBQ, and a vinegar BBQ. So they have everyone covered. They have all of your typical sides covered. I got Mac n cheese and it was good and creamy, and the fried okra.
