I recently had the pleasure of experiencing amazing service at Cherokee Grill thanks to our server and bartender, Brandi. From the moment we arrived, Brandi was incredibly polite, quick, and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was when the manager also took the time to swing by our table to check on us, highlighting the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. My boyfriend, who hails from California, and I, a proud Texan, were both blown away by the level of customer service we received. It's safe to say that we'll be making a point to visit Tennessee whenever we're craving top-tier customer service like what we experienced at Cherokee Grill. Kudos to Brandi, the manager, and the entire team for making our visit a memorable one.

Pretty silly service routine. 1st, our server carded us (we're seniors). 2nd, drink order took over 15 minutes to finally appear at our table. 3rd, for the first 1/2 hour after we were seated, I received 3 or 4 text messages letting me know our table was ready and a final message (as our entrees were served) telling me our reservation was canceled. Food was ok, certainly not fine dining, with the exception of the crab stuffed mushroom appetizer, which was delicious.

It is on the pricier side BUT the best service I have ever gotten at a restaurant bar none. Our waitress Heather was so helpful, explained ahead of time what the sides were that people asked about a lot, even had the prime rib on a weekday and got the temp I wanted. The food was absolutely delicious and worth the price. Navas potatoes was an excellent side recommendation and the drinks she suggested definitely added to the meal. A big party dropped into the restaurant without a reservation and the staff were so friendly and did their best to be accommodating to them and still seat the folks rolling in at the same time. All around an excellent experience. 10/10

We went with our family and friends, and loved this restaurant. The customer service was another level... the server was David, and he was always smiling. And the chef was Leo, who was kind, and had great customer service skills. Thank you for serving us! :)

Very good restaurant in a town just busting full of choices. We were able to get seating for our party of 10, and our server was wonderful and attentive. I had a broiled seafood special that was good-crab cakes are supreme. My husband had a steak with a gigantic Lobster tail. My mother had fried chicken dinner which was really just a fried boneless chicken breast-she was a bit disappointed with that..otherwise everyone enjoyed their meals. Plenty of room inside the restaurant and full bar service available as well.

Family atmosphere to be hectic, food, subpar and all in all, just not a pleasant experience. I ordered the catfish and I can tell from the amount of fryer oil that was on my plate that they had literally just pulled it from the fryer and put it on the plate didn't even finish it

Our family ofn4 had a wonderful dinner while in town. The best part was the service... Victoria was awesome, and the manager, Tracey, checked on us at the end of the meal, which really was a nice touch. We will be back and recommend this place to everyone!

The food is alright. Not bad. Not great. But for the wait and the prices, you would expect the service to be better. They were friendly, but slow and incompetent. Food orders were wrong. Utensils missing. With extremely long waits between ordering, refills, appetizers, etc. if you want this kind of service, you can save your money and just go to another cheaper place.

Our waitress, Robin, was EXCELLENT. She kept our glasses full and checked on us very frequently. Robin even helped us out with the parking situation when we couldn’t figure it out online. The food was great. My husband said that was the best steak he’s had by far on our honeymoon. We will definitely go back before we head back home!
