My daughter and I walked in by chance and were super impressed with the service and the food. I ordered a ribeye, mashed potato and green beans. It was delicious. My daughter had the same sides but with hamburger steak & gravy. The portions were large for the price and the atmosphere was great!

Service was fine but the food was absolutely disgusting. On top of that the prices were really high and portions were extremely small.2/10 do not recommend. Just go to Crocketts Breakfast Camp next door instead. They are better in every way.

Waitress was nice & the chips and queso were decent. That’s about all about I have to say. Food was extremely mid. My brother said he’d rather have frozen waffles at home than eat here again. Food had no flavor. Portions were small and meals were overpriced. Will never come back.

Neat place on main street emphasizing the rural aspects of the mountains. The inside was all wood and gave a warm feel as you walked in the door. This place has been around for decades and for good reason. I went with the chicken and my wife the steak. The chicken breast breading was good, the sides - creamed corn, mashed potatoes, and mac were almost better. The chicken breast was not dried out and was absolutely scrumptious to the last bite. The steak was also good, cooked to order and much more reasonable than other restaurants in the area for the same cut of beef. The service was very good and she knew her menu and provided excellent recommendations. This place does have a full bar and a ton of seating. Definitely a recommend!!!

On my Wife's and I anniversary, we always puck a restaurant we have never eaten and try it. We'll I choose this one. Going by the reviews , photos that's been posted, and menu pictures. I was very deceived. They have changed the menu and no longer have open-faced roast beef, which is what I wanted. We sat there 15 mins with a waiter who I made eye contact with 3x still don't take our drink order, and then after ordering the chopped steak, mashed potatoes, and potato salad. The chapped steak was good. The potatoes salad I had to spice up, and the mashed potatoes was disgusting ? They had a loaded cheese taste with a pour of metal flavor. There was no apology when he asked how everything was, and we told him about the potatoes. We won't go here ever again!!!!

Server was okay, seemed very stressed due to short staffing. Was at least honest about what was good and not good on the menu. However we sat down and began to order only to learn that over half the menu was not in stock. All though our tacos were good our friends ordered the Nashville hot. The waffle on the sandwich is literally a toasted soggy ego waffle. Flatbread pizza had undercooked chicken and the salmon we ordered came out as mahi. The other couple with us had stale burger buns as well. After waiting for over 45 minutes for our food we didn’t complain about that mess up with the salmon because at least the mahi tasted decent. Wish we would have listened to the bad reviews instead of giving it the benefit of the doubt with it being a new place in gatlinburg. Also to add to the mess our server told us the General manager was playing the food which shocked us even more that they sent out the food in this fashion. To add the the mess the table beside us ordered food and 30minutes after they ordered the server came out to tell them that one of the entrees they ordered was also out of stock. In hindsight just choose another place.

We really liked the look of this place and we were excited to try it. Walked in to a half empty resturaunt and were told it was a 15-20 minute wait. We decided to wait because we had hungry kids and didn’t want to walk anywhere else. We were sat after about 25 minutes and was greeted a few moments later by our server, Tammy. She took our drink order (they were out of a lot of draft beer) then took out food order. Very simple order… two kids burgers, BLT, and a hangover burger. After about 30 minutes our waitress came over and mentioned that she didn’t see our ticket back in the kitchen and wanted to double check what we ordered to she retook our order so she could “check”. She came back and said she could see our food coming up next. 20 minutes goes by still no food— clearly she did not put our order in. The manager was walking by so I stopped him to explain the situation and told him we just wanted it boxed up and we would just take it to go. About 10 minutes later the waitress brings our food out in bags and our bill. They deducted the two kids meals off and our 1 beer. We took our meals and ate in our hotel lobby. Food was mediocre at best— we will not be returning or recommending.

We did not have a good experience. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo and they didn't have the jam that went with it and didn't bother to tell him they were out of it until they brought it to the table. They didn't offer to make something else or to comp his food. My daughter ordered the flatbread and it was not good. The food was just meh. The only thing I liked was my cocktail, Honeysuckle Sweet tea, however it didn't have any flowers in it.

Ordered the Thai salad, I don't eat shrimp so I asked if I could have chicken instead. The salad was horrible, mixed greens with a lot of ice berg lettuce, the rice noodles were only half cooked, the Thai dressing had no flavor and the couple pieces of chicken was old and rubbery. I am not a picky eater but I threw out the salad and ate a grilled cheese I made at the air bnb.
