The daiquiris were good! The bar tender was a little weird! And the cost was outrageous! Two drinks for $35, I call bologna! Dudes daiquiris change the price

The drinks were weak and way too much sugar. I can take 5 deep breaths really fast and get a better buzz!

Wanted to get a couple of daiquiris and they only had 4 daiquiri machines with 3 of them out of order. Very disappointing.

Food and service was good. But the extremely loud techno music ruined the meal. Music shouldn't be so loud you can't even talk during your meal. Techno blasting is beyond annoying. Please turn it down and get some mellow relaxing music.

We had the House Special pizza and it was probably a 7 out of 10. The staff is limited to one guy who is overwhelmed so everything was slowed down for delivery. The decor is eclectic. The best thing you can do is crowd watch.

Wish there was more options when we stopped by but the 2 available were delicious. The bartender was really cool.

Our server Elly was great. He took care of 19 of us and made it look like a breeze. Mellow Mushroom is a must-eat when visiting Gatlinburg!!!

One of my favorite spots to eat when I’m in Gatlinburg. pizza is always FANTASTIC! And the staff is always very friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area

Daiquiri's we're a good choice to beat the heat on the strip but the daiquiris were meh. I had strawberry and my husband had gummy bear. The daiquiris cooled is off but the ambiance was a little sketchy..

The staff were very nice and eager to help out! The food wad delicious and I had one of the best burgers I've ever had! The pretzel appetizer dish was amazing! The bathrooms were very clean too!!Vegetarian options: There were plenty of options that were vegetarian and vegen.Kid-friendliness: There was not a kids menu or an extra on the menu that was for kids. You would do good to order one meal and split it if you have multiple kids.Wheelchair accessibility: To get up to the diner was a long staircase so definitely not wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: Not very much stuff for dieting and everything was american size big.

Pizza was amazing!!! I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you are craving pizza. The original crust is perfect (not too thick and not too thin)!

Upon our arrival at the restaurant, we encountered a minor incident. However, Marty, the bartending manager, promptly resolved the issue. As someone working in the hospitality industry, it has been quite some time since I have come across a manager who is so proactive in ensuring exceptional customer service.

We walked right in at 1pm and were waiting on in a timely manner. We had great food, great service and would highly recommend this place. Small walk up the stairs but worth it.

Food was good but not impressed with our server or the cleanliness of the restaurant. Our server told us they didn’t have a kids menu…weird but okay. Then ate at the location in Pigeon Forge the next day…kids menu there and way better overall. If you have the option just go to the PF location. Sign up also for their Email for free pretzel bites…so delicious.

We had really good pizza from here. We were two families traveling together with 50% of us being vegetarians. They had great vegetarian options, especially in Gatlinburg where veg food is hard to find! We did take out from here after wandering about for forever in the packed downtown Gatlinburg. The pizza was really good — way better than the place we’d gotten it from earlier in the week. We recommend it!
