Nice facility but overall food is mediocre. Asked for hashbrowns extra crispy but they were not, almost undercooked. Staff is not unfriendly but seem disinterested in customers. Server finished well offering to put coffee that was left in a to go cup. With a few adjustments and friendly smiles it could be great.

Service was good and the look of the restaurant is nice. The food however is just average in my honest opinion.
Like the creek view from behind the restaurant. Really made it different from the other pancake places. One downside was the hoards of people in the gift shop waiting for tables. They did have claw machines to keep some people busy while they waited but most of them were out of order and the one we tried just took my dollar. Food was really good but a bit pricey.

There was a bit of a wait but got seated quickly. Nice gift shop to explore while waiting and text notifications when table is ready. Good quick and friendly service, but the food was just alright compared to other breakfast options around town. The skillet meal came out just warm, the biscuits were hard on top, and pancakes were average. Neat wood cabin feel with some nice window seats in the back, but definitely starting to show the wear and tear of years.

Good spot. Affordable and family friendly. My wife and I are gluten intolerant and the gluten free pancakes were good as far as gluten free goes. Like not as sad as they usually are knowing we could be eating real pancakes. Our kids enjoyed the chocolate chip waffles and our server was on top of it. This was one of the stops we went for breakfast. There is multiple around the area, some in gatlinburg and some in pigeon forge. I highly recommend going here. I had the mixed berry crepes and they were AMAZING. Wife had the new breakfast tacos they were offering and those were amazing as well. Service was super quick and the prices were cheaper than alot of the places around.
