The lady running this nutrition club was not very friendly and I felt like a burden when I brought my family in because she had to get off her chair to come serve us. I tried asking questions and her response was always short. I used to work at a club so I was very disappointed by the atmosphere in this place. ? Also was not happy that the products used were not all from herbalife like I'm used to.

I live in Pennsylvania and have gone to our downtown nutrition which is the same company that is part of the Gatlinburg nutrition. I went into Gatlinburg nutrition and ordered two drinks that we always order. Neither one of the drinks tasted anything like they should have. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and nice however after speaking to the owner of the nutrition store that I go to all the time, they are not using the same recipes for the drinks and they are nowhere near as good. My husband would not even drink his and I was not happy with mine because it was not what I order. I will not be returning to the Gatlinburg nutrition store

Went in for a tea…. Left vowing to bring kids and spouse back lol…. And it’s close to the pancake pantry line… so what better way to spend your time while waiting???? I ordered the zen with lavender and lemon tea…. Very good. But they also have boba for the kids (and me) and energy drinks for the spouse! Clean facility. Very customer friendly service. I really appreciated the patience of the mom and her daughter while I read the menu to make a choice. I will be back … with family!
If you pass by Gatlinburg Nutrition and don't stop and get one of these delicious teas or shakes, you are missing out!

Carmel macchiato was excellent. Heard their chilled teas are good too. Friendly family owned place tucked in the back of the strip. They have been around just 6 months.
