Best kept secret on the strip? We were able to walk in and be seated immediately on a weekday at lunch time. That’s nice and all but the real reason for the five stars is the burgers. We didn’t try the bison but did get the beef burgers. Our waiter was a very kind older gentleman. The prices were also fair for being situated where it is. This will probably be our new go-to for when we wander up to Gatlingburg in the future.

Just walked out of this miserable place. When I walked in I was greeted with the following: We're not serving beer or wine and the bar is closed. She continued, I'm the only server so you should not be in a hurry. Needless to say, I, and the couple that came in behind, turned around and left. Welcome to Gatlinburg. ?

Great food , I got the Turkey Club- I highly recommend it! It's huge and and delicious, in fact I had to take half of it back to our room. Our server Joe was super nice and accomadating! We talked to him and found out his parents owned the restaurant so come in say hi, grab a beer and a burger and chat with Joe!

This is a traditional American-style hamburger restaurant on the second floor of the main street. I especially recommend that the French fries are delicious.

I actually really like the food here all around. I like that the menu is simple but manages to have good selections. The food was delicious. Don't pass this place up for a quick bite and pint. The only reason for 4 stars is cleanliness. They were updating an area, so maybe the focu is on the renovation, but it wasn't restaurant clean, and there were gnats flying around. Hopefully the renovation leads to more cleaning, I look foward to trying it the future after the updates.

The food was okay. But the service was absolutely and utterly terrible I don’t know if our dark haired young server just wanted to go home but Nonetheless she was rude about everything we asked for politely. Put the check on the table when we weren’t even finished drinking / eating less than 5 minutes after getting our food after waiting for 35 minutes . It’s not her fault the food took that long and also things happen and we didn’t complain once. she Snatched the check from my fathers hands and practically threw it at him after he paid and tipped her nicely . Didn’t check on us once as well . she didn’t deserve the tip she got from my father but he was kind enough to tip her 20%
