This was an Excellent experience Terry was awesome!! He is a comedian and very knowledgeable. My Husband and I gained so much knowledge on the moonshine process. Thank you so much ! I would definitely recommend this tour !!

Came for my girlfriend’s birthday, did the distillery tour with Ashley. Highly recommend it, she was hilarious, and seeing the behind the scenes was awesome. The moonshine was delicious - anyone can find one they love. Banana pudding is to die for.One negative though - we wanted to taste some that weren’t on the tour, we were told to go to the regular bar to taste them… but we got to that and they had to get manager permission to sample the others because you’re technically only allowed one tasting a day. There was some confusion but when I explained I only wanted to try the dreamsicle they were fine with that.

Been coming to gatlinburg for years. Old smoky has been great until the past few. The bottles are about 30% more expensive here than at my local liquor store and they don't give great discounts. Why buy here for way more than back home? Also, tastings are 7$ now where they used to be free, then 5$ in 2023. The store is a wreck everyone we go there too. Sugarland is way way nicer, cheaper, friendlier. Salted Carmel at old smokey is good but I refuse to pay 29$ for a bottle when it's 23$ at home. That makes zero sense to me as they make it here and there's no middle man.
