I came about 5 years ago and had a good experience so I thought I would get the same this time around. However the food was not how I remembered. We ordered cheese sticks as an appetizer and they were cold in the middle. The wings were not much better than the frozen bag you get at the store. Super greasy and my fiancé got food poisoning and vomited a few hours after we left. I ordered a margarita that was over priced and tasted mostly like mix. Won’t be back again. I was highly disappointed especially because it used to be a family favorite. I don’t know if they have new management or poor staff now but something needs to change.

Lost in a fire NO building, just a sign. Closed due to the fire and surrounding business!!! It is stilled listed on yelp and goggle maps as open. I had to give a rating but never ate there. We paid for parking and walked there and discovered it was closed.

The bar has been destroyed in a fire last Sunday to bad was a good place to have a drink went by there and it's all clean up nothing but a good memory of a good place

On vacation and this was the first spot we felt comfortable in. Drew at the bar was an amazing bartender, great service and even better personality!! An extra bonus was the extremely clean bathrooms!! We will go back just to hang out and be served by drew.. A++++ just for her!

I come to Gatlinburg annually. Puckers is a must stop for a lunch, and also for a night out. Great atmosphere, great food, and the staff is incredible. I hope you will rebuild after the fire and be back strong when I make my trip next. It would be sad to have been there for the last time.

Do you like being called a racist? The staff is very responsive and service is good. However, after a very interactive hour with the patrons on a Saturday night in the middle of football season and Octoberfest, the musician/dj thought it would be a great idea to shout into his microphone during a song of his choice- "Racists! You are racists!" The audience is looking at each other, asking, "wtf did I just hear?" And a couple of cool Notre Dame fans objected until the DJ left the stage. Listen. This is not cool. Nobody goes out for a night on the town to be disparaged and slandered by the staff. I would give the place a pass but the second the Notre Dame fans left, other staff led the DJ back out. This was 100% condoned. So consider where you spend your money.

We were there on a Saturday night, had a great time. I don't recall what they call their combo appetizer platter. but it had enough to make it a light dinner for two, and it tasted wonderful. Would recomend
This is a fun place. We went to watch football. It was great they had the NFL package. They only had one working restroom that only had one stall. With how busy it was I would think it would have been urgent to get fixed. Also, a good detail clean is needed.

I cannot remember our waitresses name, red hair, great eyebrows, and possibly an accent??? She was amazing! Never got impatient with my drunk a$$ lol she was spot on and food was great. Met a lot of great people?

Great for late night eats. The wings are A+++ and the potato skins were good too. It's a bar so not a family dining environment, but great for couples who want good food in a relaxed setting.
