The food was ok, a doubleShot cappuccino was $8.50 which I thought seemed a little high.... but the overall experience was a little weird maybe because it was pretty empty inside with a busy sidewalk outside. Our server didn't seam to know how to act with our kiddos which is to be expected sometimes but there was an employee that ended up bringing them paper and crayons after we were there for awhile that was nice. Maybe our service was new? Not sure I would go back though!

Definitely not worth the money. Brunch is supposed to be classy. This place is far from it.

Delicious!!! We are from New Orleans and have been to the Ruby Slipper…..great restaurant! You must come when you visit!

We made a morning trip just to eat here. Dirty glass, hair in our starter candied bacon. My fried green tomato looked like burnt sausage. My husband's shrimp and grits were good. Disappointed.

I liked the environment but the food was off. My french toast was crunchy and hard and dry. My gfs eggs Benedict was not runny but slimy and the only the candied bacon was really enjoyable. (I got the bacon for free off yelp)

Horrible food! Gravy was like water, burnt biscuits bottoms, pre cooked microwave bacon. Not friendly staff.

When you visit Gatlinburg restaurants and it's empty you should probably turn around and go to a different one.The guy at the front door turned our party away, making them stand in a hot hallway stairwell because two members had not made it up the steps yet he would not seat us in an empty restaurant. We weren't really happy and won't be back, our server was nice and did a great job. But the food was sub par, the potatoes were cold and old and wrinkled. Our biscuits were not cooked all the way and stone cold, everything was cold. The pictures of the Biscuit and gravy must be staged, or they watered down yesterday gravy. They didn't give enough gravy to be able to eat the dough biscuits without taking a drink. when we ask for enough gravy to cover the biscuits the waitress brought all of us little bowls, we didn't see until getting the checks we got charged each for the gravy! There wasn't enough on it to start with. Not happy about that. I've seen small eggs but these were really small. It was over $60.00 for two people to eat. I went to a steakhouse and we got Ribeyes for that! One of our party was so exited to go here due to the reviews and photos but the food was nothing like we expected. The hot chicken was the star of the meal, and the only thing hot.Don't waste your time on the candy bacon it's not real candied bacon they just took the same ice cold bacon and threw it in some sugar syrup.Maybe the other food is better, but we won't be back.

Great customer service. Really fun and cute atmosphere. Fun brunch stop for my sister's bachelorette weekend. Lots of fun drink options.

We showed up 30 minutes before closing, which I don't typically do, but google had their hours incorrect... They had zero problems seating us. About the food.... One word I can use to describe this place... GO... That's it.... GO! Y'all, I never visit the same food twice in one vacation. I like food and I LOVE finding new places. I went here three times... three. I dreamt about this place. Just go. You won't regret it. White chocolate bread pudding pancakes. I said what I said... Yes. Now before you slap someone, once the pancakes grace the table, ask for the brown sugar caramel sauce... Now, slap everyone. You'll be addicted. Everyone in my party got something different. Shrimp and Grits... I grew up in New Orleans, eating these things every weekend. These were up there with some of the best I've tried. Benedict's were tasty and have TONS of food. Banana's Foster French toast... Lord help me.. Go. Just go y'all. Order a bloody Mary, then another Wait an hour and attempt to order something else.

All the Yelp suggested breakfast places were PACKED and we found this secret gem of Gatlinburg by lucky accident. Not too crowded, no wait, but know you have to walk up about 3 flights of stairs to get there (although I think there is an elevator). Our server was quiet and forgot part of our order but was apologetic and took it off our bill. We didn't notice it was missing though because the rest of the food was so good!! Even their coffee was delicious. Nice and smooth, tasted fresh and not burnt, and was served with a cup of cream vs little disposable ones which we loved. We immediately started eating before I could remember to snap photos, but clean plates paint the picture. Would definitely go back to try their lunch too.

Friendly staff and amazing food. Highly recommend the Spanish omelet. My whole party had nothing but praises for their meals

I was skeptical as I'm from New Orleans but this is the real deal. Ordered the shrimp and grits and they were amazing. Kids eat pancakes free with adult entree purchase. Peach Bellini was good. I tried some of my kid's pancakes and the cinnamon one was very good. I plan to return.

Let me start by saying our food was all delicious and came out quickly. The mimosas/cocktails were also fantastic. However, it did take us a long time to be greeted and we even had to ask who our server was. Thankfully someone stepped up and took our table even though it wasn't her section and our experience was fantastic after that. There were so many things we didn't try and if I am ever in the area again, this would be a must for brunch again.
