There were maybe 4 full tables upstairs. The entertainment was an acoustic guitar and small drum set. Both of these were SOOOOOO LOUD my ears were ringing for an hour after I left. It was an acoustic set duh no need for a P.A. We were going to have a couple of beers after dinner. Nope not with it being so loud I had to scream across the table to my friend. We packaged up half our food and left. I'm sorry but entertainment should be " entertaining " not obnoxious. Establishment lost a good amount of $$.

I have eaten here in the past and it was very good. Lovely staff, food, entertainment, and energy. Most recently I visited to pick up a few cases of Helles and the lady who helped me was beyond awesome. I wish I caught her name because she deserves all the praise in the world. She was funny, helpful, and very kind in such a genuine way. I'm usually very anxious when I interact with people but I left laughing and with a pep in my step. Also, the beer was exceptionally good. I highly recommend this place. You're guaranteed to have a good time.

Looking for great wings or pizza while visiting Gatlinburg? I highly recommend Smoky Mountain Brewery. The pizza is tasty, and wings are on point with several different sauces to choose from. The potato skins are unique with the addition of chicken- good but not as good as the wings and pizza. We visit Gatlinburg a few times a year and make a point to stop by for lunch or dinner at least once.Friendly customer service.

Service was ok. Took awhile to get food. The food was ok but nothing special that I would return for.

(For thru-hikers specifically)This is one of the few places in this nightmare town that has fairly priced food and good beer that doesn’t wreak havoc on your wallet. A must visit if in the area, if only the save some money! Good food good beer, kind people.

Fiancé and I went here to eat after hiking on Sunday. We both agreed the atmosphere was a bit off. Before we got seated upstairs, a cook downstairs making pizza dough was staring us down like “what the h*ll are you doing here?” Once seated, we placed our orders. Our waiter was very friendly and answered questions I had regarding their gluten free options. I ended up getting their veggie philly, a salad and brocolli and he ordered a burger with some fries. The salad and brocolli were good but the veggie philly was horrible. It was doused in so much butter that it took away from the flavoring of everything on the philly (bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese). Literally all I could taste was butter that had completely saturated the bottom bun and was on the plate. I only had one bite before giving up. The waiter did check on us and once learning of our displeasure with the philly- offered to have the chef make a new one or for me to order something else- but I declined at that point because it ruined my appetite. Fiancé said his food was okay, his burger was cooked well done although he requested medium rare but otherwise his food was fine. Props to the waiter! He was attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout our lunch, so that was appreciated.

Was there for an hour and 45 min. Service was EXTREMELY SLOW. There were tables in and out sat after us and same size. Addressed with the manager on staff and she just said I will talk with said waiter. We normally come back during our stay more than once but we will not be back. Sad to say that because we enjoy the steak. The manager even said we aren't that busy for it to have effected your service. It took FOREVER to get our drinks too.

Food is great, service is slow. As long as you know that in advance, you will enjoy it. We tried everything--the onion rings, the white pizza, a Reuben sandwich, wings, and spaghetti. Beware of going near sunset on a sunny day as there are huge glass windows--half our party was blinded by the sun.

Met Bill Whisnant for lunch. Talked about Trees Real Estate School and Real Estate trends. Good business lunch, we enjoyed delicious pizza.

We ate here twice on our vacation. First time our server was great, second time the server was just ok. I had The steak skewers and beer cheese broccoli. Both were very good. We also had the buffalo shrimp appetizer, it was delicious and huge. We will be back in fall.

Food was good, portions were huge. I hate that they don't have cheese curds any longer. A Gatlinburg favorite.

I have been eating at smokey mtn brewery when I can for years now and the food is always consistently delicious and fresh. The staff is always friendly and professional. One of my favorite restaurants in East TN.
