I’ve been to many Starbucks and for some of the places near them, you would think that they would do Apple Pay or the QR code on the Starbucks app, but that was not the case here. Our drinks came out after about 5 minutes and it tasted like creamer, no coffee. The inside is beautiful and they played pretty good music. Not many places for you to sit down, but had a full island with no chairs. The lady at the front was not the nicest, after saying we were tourists and had no clue they didn’t have Apple Pay.

Went there at 7 55 pm. It was closed on a Tuesday when the website said it was closed at 9 pm. Very dissapointing :(

I went with my younger cousin who has a lot of allergies, and she wasn’t very clear with what she wanted and what they made for her she couldn’t drink. I brought the drink back to the counter and asked if they could remake it, if not I totally understand… but they were so kind and remade the drink very fast!!! 10/10 customer service!!

Very bad customer service. First night was told could not drink coffee inside store they were mopping for closing. Kicked out into the rain @8:30 they close at 9:00. I walked 1/4 mile to have a late night flavor to receive very lazy people service. Second visit and this time a girl in thick glasses dark hair was an absolute displeasure. I ask her did she not like her job? She went off like I had no reason to ask after her poor service with an attitude. If I were her boss, I would have enjoyed firing her in front of everyone. She was mean. Even her coworkers were wide eyed after she began yelling across the store while I was at the condiment bar. I reported both incidents to Starbucks # and they said they would address both issues. I did find out there is another SB in food city here. I think I will try them from now on. This was the week is 18-22nd just before Christmas. This store is a franchise, and does not do mobile orders.

One of the workers was extremely rude to my child because she did not see her trying to walk behind her and pushed her out of the way. She also yelled at multiple girls.

The line was out the door while we were there. The Flat White I ordered tasted burnt. The best part was the pink cake pops we ordered. The workers were polite and didn’t seemed bothered with the large crowd. Although it’s not the best coffee, I’d still suggest this over some of the other coffee places in the area.
