It's just a subway, but it's got two stories. The kids FREAKED out about this for some reason but it made for a memorable experience. The restaurant itself was kinda dirty but it was busy and they looked understaffed. All in all, it's just a subway.

Restaurant was dirty and had food all over the floor. Girl who made our subs rushed and made the sloppiest sub I've ever seen. The toppings looked old and the lettuce was brown. After paying $18 for 2 subs, I thought it couldn't get worse until I noticed my sub had tiny spots of green mold all over the bun. At least I got a refund. Never come to this location. I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant or fast food place in my life.

The food was good but what was exceptional was the hispanic lady working for 5 customers waiting in line with full speed and enthusiasm. it is a sight to see a person working a job with dedication and be on top of it all. full credit should be given to her and her hardwork.

Ate here twice for a late night snack. Our turkey subs were delicious and the black guy who made our food was a very hard worker. We will be back.

Yes it was super busy with it being so close to New Year’s. Placed order online. Ordered four foot longs. Out of the four. Only two were right. The other two were from some else’s order. Sandwiches super messy. Restaurant was basically in total chaos with no one knowing what they were doing that was a working there.

Horrible customer service. Had 6 sandwiches and spent $75 and this is what I get? People making sandwich was slamming food around, cashier raised voice, overcharged us and tried to make us pay for the next order too….if 0 stars was an option, this would be their rating!!

Worst experience of my life! The manager was nothing but rude the whole time and talk in a below inside voice. The place was disgusting and I was afraid to catch something when I walked in there. Bathroom door does not properly close and has an opening at the top of the door. The top was closed due to them, not wanting to clean it. Will never eat there again!

I’m not sure of this gentleman’s name, but he has it going on! He was working this location ALONE. But service was better than a fully staffed location, BIG PROPS to him. If you visit this location under the same circumstances TIP HIM. He deserves it for showing up, and not choosing to live off of our government like much of our society. THANK YOU SIR

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, and every subway that I have ever been to sticks the meat in the microwave to heat in then ask is you want your bread toasted. This subway made my whole sticking sandwich cold!! This is not how you make a chicken sandwich! It is always HOT! Toasted means the bread!!

The gentleman who greeted me for early pick up was nice, however he got my order wrong. First order of the day, and he forgot the main ingredient of my Bacon, Egg & Cheese sandwich: the bacon. Maybe it's my fault for ordering online, and not in person, but I walked from work to get it, only to come back and see my sandwich has no bacon! I also paid for a side of chips that I never received (but that could have been my fault). I just wouldn't recommend this place. The store itself is very smelly, too. Doesn't smell clean at all, which is unfortunate. Never coming here again.

This place deserves zero stars and should frankly be shut down. I cannot put into words how much I regret wasting my money here. Literally go anywhere else. There are countless health code violations and I am shocked that they even pass health inspections. They are robbing people by charging these prices for such horrible service and cleanliness. The ingredients which are supposed to be in separate bins are strewn all across the different containers (tuna and cheese in the turkey bin, sauces in the lettuce, etc.). The workers never change the gloves they wear in between making sandwiches so you might get a sandwich covered in sauces from someone else’s order. The person making our sandwiches was incredibly lazy and inconsiderate. I wish I could say it was at least fast but it took an incredibly long time.
