A single chicken wrap with a large drink is definitely not worth $17.89. I understand that this is a tourist town, but that’s ridiculous for a single sandwich/wrap in a fast food sandwich shop. The workers do a great job, but the prices are way too high.

Convenient to convention center. You know what you are getting, this location, food was good and service excellent. Even with a crowd waiting. Visited twice in one week.

The person was very very rude - he literally screamed at us for nothing just because we had 4 foot long orders - not sure of his name - served by 20044 (May be employee id )They had very less veggies at 12 pm in the noonWe asked if he can pack a foot long as two separate 6 inch and he refused right outHe used the same gloves for every customer - he touched meat and used the same for our veggie delight - didn’t change the gloves for the next customer as wellI would avoid it
The male worker was very rude he was also the only worker there that being said the wait time on two subs was only 5 minutes but I spent 10 minutes in line

This is just like every other subway I've been too. However this time, in Gatlinburg instead of my town. And this area in TN is SO SO BUSY! It's the main strip. They had three people working so they had a good pace with one person making bread/meat and cheese and then passing it to the next person with toppings and then cashier last. I thought the prices might be more since it's a heavy traffic area. The price was normal and the quality was good. The store was kept clean. Overall, it's a good place for cheap, fast food, quick food in the area.
