First thing we did when we got to gatlinburg was go here. Waited in line but it went by really fast. The crew working did an amazing job and were upbeat and friendly. These milkshakes were amazing!!! We enjoyed them and will be coming again next time we are in town! So worth it!

We got one of their shakes (a Chocolate covered cheesecake shake!) and it came with the jar to keep as a souvenir!Also, my wife was able to get dairy free, gluten free cookies and cream ice cream and she loved that! All in all, it was a great experience.Dietary restrictions: They had gluten free, dairy free, and nut free options.

This place creates their crazy mason ice cream just as you see it on the picture. Very delicious and you get to keep your mason as a souvenir once you’re done. If you enjoy a variety of ice cream this is the place to go. It was my first time to visit them and was definitely worth the experience.

Me and my wife was down in gatlinburg for the week and we saw the photos of there milkshakes let me say they do not disappoint at all the milkshakes was delicious I highly recommend anyone who wants a milkshakes but not any milkshake but a milkshake that puts other milkshakes to shame for so long I thought no one could compete with BR milkshake I was living under a rock so sad I have to travel 7 hours for a milkshake but best believe I will be back and please move closer to me lol I be there every day. The staff was very friendly go check them out and see yourself
