They have a robot that answers the drive thru. The robot makes the ordering experience very un pleasant. Their inside is not open. But overall the food is good!

It amazes that I placed an order for combos and I received food that was barely warm and I was the only one in the drive thru line. The fries were downright cold. The only saving grace was the lemonade. I guess it's hard to mess up a drink.

No indoor dining, Credit cards weren't accepted, burgers were hard as hockey pucks. Pity. Used to like going here.

i found a sharp peice (look like a weird plastic in my burger ) i love backyard burger. i was on this side of town and decided to stop here. but never coming here again.

Haven't had Backyard Burgers in years and happened to be visiting from out of state. Stopped to grab some and I was disappointed to find it was an automated speaker, making it hard to order and ask any questions. Also bummed at the fact that there wasn't an option for waffle fries.

A lot of restaurants have been hit bad by covid. Back Yard burgers is no exception, it's a little pricier than other fast food restaurants but I wouldn't call it fast food because they make their burgers to order. This is the one of a few places you can order a kids meal and actually get full because the burgers are so big. The inside is closed of course but the drive-thru went really fast and the food was fresh, there are only two or three leftover in the city and I pray they don't close because this is still a place for great burgers and amazing shakes and desserts. What other fast food restaurant you know that you can go and get a quality Burger with a better than homemade peach cobbler??
