This place is AWFUL. Dirty. Rude workers. Icecream machines always broken or half out of the wall. Showed up and HOUR before closing, and workers had already left the shop and closed up. I take my friends/family to this place and have loved it since i was a kid. NEVER returning to this god awful facility.

The place seemed really dirty. Furniture was stained and dirty; funky smell and odor in side; yogurt dispensers didn’t look like they had been cleaned recently. All in all just didn’t give me a good feel about eating there. If you don’t keep the places your customers see clean it would lead me to believe you don’t keep the hidden places clean or your yogurt machines. This used to be a really great place.

Stopped here a few weeks ago. Smells bad inside and dimly lit. The toppings looked old and like they had not been changed out in some time. Highly recommend NOT coming here unless you enjoy foul smells while eating ice cream.

I remember when this place used to be really great and a fun place to bring kids... not so much anymore. I stopped by today and almost couldn't breathe in there from how bad it smelled! Something has to be rancid in the back or something. It was also dimly lit, hot, and everything looked dirty. Surprised it is still open.

Loved the toppings and kind of seems like the only fro-yo add your own toppings area around, but smelled awful and had an uncleanliness about it. I wouldn't want to sit in there and eat because of how bad it smelled and how sticky everything looked
My family loves Gracie Bleu Frozen Yogurt.The environment is always clean and pleasant, and there is always good customer service. Gracie Bleu has great flavors and toppings! The No Sugar Added Vanilla is so yummy and great for the grown-ups.

Ever wanted to go somewhere that hasn't been touched or cleaned since at least 2016? Look no further than Gracie Bleu. Smells awful when you walk in and there is visible dirt everywhere, but the ambience is unmatched. I really miss self serve froyo places, and this place transports you all the way to 2016. Are the flavors good? No! But this place offers an experience that can't be replicated.

This place hasn’t just gone downhill, it’s fallen all the way over the dang cliff. It’s so dirty, it literally wreaks. Sad thing. Wonder when they were last inspected?

May be last time I visit. It smells when you walk in. Tables and booths are dirty and worn. Cushions covered in yogurt stains that have been there a long time. Outside hasn't been cleaned in months, it seems. Bathrooms dirty and smelly. This is a food establishment. Wonder how dirty backroom is?

The Frozen Yogurt is really good. Unfortunately, there is an extremely off putting odor of sour milk and/or nasty trash cans when you open the door. Friendly advice for the owners:Air Fresheners Clean the Garbage Cans (empty and bleach them)Wash the overflow trays on the Yogurt machines regularly Mop with bleach at the end of each day. Prop the doors open to get fresh air in the business and to let the stench out!
