Cozy coffee shop atmosphere with kind employees and customers. The coffee is great! The seasonal menus are fun and encourage customers to try new drinks. The food is premade by local vendors in the Memphis area and the quiche, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, scones and banana bread have all been great! The food options also change so follow their Instagram for more up-to-date menu and food options. It's a great place to grab a coffee or treat with a friend and if you have 4 or more people you may have luck finding a spot outside! Otherwise, its suited for smaller parties. They welcome kids - my kids love the hot chocolate!

I give this place a 100/10. It’s such a beautiful and chill spot. The moment I walked in I felt at peace. The service was amazing and quick.My first drink (I say first because I’ve decided to be a returning customer) was the bourbon latte It was absolutely delicious. I was dancing all the way home in my car lolThe espresso is strong! However, if you love your coffee strong and need a pick me up, this is the spot.Thank you JoJo’s Espresso ❤️

Two (2) staff on duty. They were kind and polite, bit clearly not in any kind of a hurry to make your requested beverages in a timely manner. Large sign at entrance to tell the story about "jojo" to entice your emotional vulnerability and sets up the atmosphere that feels like a wake. Small room with very limited seating will make you want to not stay a while and have your order to-go. Small cup sizes and large cup prices. Nice coffee shop whenever the staff is replaced by people who are able to make good coffee as soon as possible, while putting out good vibes and not the "the world will end soon, so whatever " vibe that currently resides within the walls of the once mobile coffee truck-turned-shop JoJo.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get into shop, narrow walk ways may not allow for turning. Best to not stay and have order to-go

Jojo’s is such a special coffee shop in the Germantown community. Germantown lacked a specialty coffee shop and I am so happy to see how much Jojo’s is loved. You walk in and immediately feel like you’ve stepped in to a New York City coffee shop. It’s cozy with a good amount of seating inside and I always love the seating outside as well, especially on a pretty day. Parking is never an issue as there is an entire parking garage below. I love how the drink specials and pastries change with the seasons. The decor is always so special and over the top amazing. I am usually pretty particular in the way I like my coffee prepared, it takes me awhile to order because all of their drinks sound delicious, and they always help me decide what I want and make it exactly how I want it. I am never disappointed! Thank you Jojo’s for sharing your story. The community loves you and it shows. ❤️

I really enjoy JoJo’s espresso. It’s waaaaaaay out of the way for me so I’ve made a couple special trips but it’s worth it. I like the area it’s in. Feels fancy.Inside the coffee shop is cozy and comforting. The staff has always been welcoming and helpful. I enjoy the coffee. My orders always come out quickly and are just as expected. The staff is also good at helping you choose. They have lot of special flavors to try, which is fun.I also like that they partner with local bakeries to have specials. Today it was cronuts! I keep up with their instagram to see what’s going on.The seating is also very comfortable. I always stay the longer than I meant bc I can’t get up. I’m too comfortable.Worth the drive into Germantown!
Love this place! Me & my friend have been coming here every saturday for months and it’s always the highlight of our week. We love Taylor + staff and can’t say enough wonderful things about Jojo’s.

Went this morning for our first “support local” coffee as we’ve given up Starbucks. This is as AMAZING. I loved the maple latte and that was the best everything bagel I’ve ever had, honestly! Will be back!

Great little coffee shop. Kind of a harry potter theam. I had an espresso the wife had some fru fru coffee stuff she really liked. It is small and was very crowded with people on their laptops doing hipster stuff but Noone was snooty I liked it.

This coffee shop was completely decked out for Christmas when we visited today and it was so beautiful. I also thoroughly enjoyed my iced Bourbon Vanilla latte and ham biscuit. The restaurant was full so we had to get it to go but otherwise great experience.
