I’ve never had anything but the pepperoni because it’s so darned good.Specials like Pepmax @ $9.99 brings a family sized pepperoni done perfectly.Vegetarian options: Opt vegetarian if it’s your thing. It’s good but it ain’t me.Dietary restrictions: I can opt for diabetic friendly if my wife says I must.Parking: Don’t worry about parking. Have your pizza delivered.

Delicious and quality pizza with great prices. The value for your dollar is exceptional and service was very fast. I’ve paid double the price for worse pizza in many places in Memphis so I’m glad I gave Marcos a try.

Ordered here several times and my order is never right. Order boneless buffalo wings and they came with a yellowish sauce on them. Spoke to whoever is working and told him there was nothing buffalo about the wings and he said that is the buffalo sauce. No spice no redness at all garbage wings. Ordered an Italian hoagie asked for extra dressing and guess what yup no dressing. Pay an astronomical price and do not get what you order POOR SERVICE. I will never order from this place again as it is disgusting that they cannot even handle a simple order.

Came in around 10 pm. The store doesn’t have a sign about when the dining in hours end. But the girl with the green hair named Jess didn’t mind shouting at me from behind the counter to not touch the chairs that were propped onto the table.

Used to be good, not anymore… Ordered 1.5h ago with a supposed delivery time of 30 minutes. Just called, “give it another 20 minutes”. Requested to get it cancelled, which they don’t do either.Last order ever hereUpdate - order eventually arrived, had to reheat it. Other than the guy on the phone, at least the driver was friendly.Better buy frozen Pizza if you anyway have to reheat it ?

Ordered a delivery order by phone @ 5:31 had to call back @ 6:11 pizza hadn’t arrived person answered phone said it’s out for delivery never got it @ 6:27 return another phone call young lady looked it up and said it hadn’t never left the store and again it was now on the way, so @ 6:49 I call again pizza still hasn’t arrived the person answered the phone didn’t professional say Marco’s just we know longer taking any delivery orders I ask to speak to a manager he said we are busy how can I help you I ask was he a manager he said no but we are busy I can put you on hold and of course you know after 10 minutes I was done with being disrespected so I hung up and left home to retrieve my 9 year old something to eat and to my surprise my door bell rings @ 7:07 it’s Marco’s I answered through my ring doorbell and said we were no longer home I apologize and he just turned and walked away as well f he was annoyed imagine that!!! Marco’s not sure what has happened with this particular location, but for the last few months you have been horrible with taking correct orders and delivery I keep experiencing this with you on my last few orders, Domino’s sounds really good and that’s what we went to pick up and service was great!!!!!! Marco’s check your management!!!!!

My family has ordered Marcos online one or two times a week for years. The change to the app and site online is ridiculous.... RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! IT IS UNUSABLE. It looks like it is running on windows 95. Don't press the back button or you will lose everything you have input. It will not remember our card information so no more ordering on the fly. The coupons are gone. The coupons that have kept so many of us loyal customers for years. Marcos used to be a "we don't feel like cooking, let's do something quick, cheap, and easy". Not any more. I actually looked it up online and there is a huge thread on Reddit that is full of people just as mad as I am. DO BETTER!!!!!!! In a world where the cost of food is ridiculous and corporate greed has made it unbearable to try to survive it seem Marcos has joined in with all the bullcrap. Good job Marcos losing another customer. At the prices you pay just go to mellow mushroom, gerabaldis, or Memphis pizza cafe instead. Better pizza from better companies.

Delivery is not consistent and the phone or web support is poor. Product good but too many problems with too many better pizza places in Shelby county.I ordered at 5:20 and it is 6:24. We had to wait for 10 minutes when we called and they said they were very busy. This is our second time with this and fool me once shame one. You know how that goes.I have called back at 6:43 and the person has hung up after expressing frustration about being short handed. Request for the manager said he is out of town. Folks avoid this place like the plague.

I don't usually leave reviews for anyone. Just don't have the energy most times. But tonight I do. I do not appreciate coming into a restaurant where I have chosen to spend my hard earned money and not receive a proper greeting or even a greeting at all. I know some of these high school kids don't have proper communication skills and lack common sense sometimes but dam, can I get some kind of hello or acknowledgement? I walk in and the young girls just look at me in the face. Like literally stare at me until I feel the need to speak first. I state that I have a pick up order and one of the young ladies starts going to get the food and take care of the order. Just weird energy that made me feel uncomfortable. Maybe Marco's can do a refresher on proper customer service and greetings training 101. Reward the good workers and reprimand the ones that truly don't want to work.
