I'm giving five stars for the stores location & diversity of white, black, and Latino staffing. Most of the drive through order takers smile back. This venue is by the Germantown library. My order is correct each time. The drive through lane consistently moves forward. The fries are hot and made daily. The iced coffee is better than other coffee houses, in my opinion.Kid-friendliness: There is a play center in the building.

The service at the Germantown McDonald's was very very good. It was absolutely equal to Chick-fil-A which is surprising as Chick-fil-A always nails. The staff was very good and then my food was delicious. Thank you!

If you order and pay online they wont be able to find it in the system so youll have to order and pay again in person but they will make your order wrong and then not answer the phone when you call multiple times to report the issue. There is no customer service, the only option is to call the store.

The absolute slowest fast food restaurant in the city. If I could, I'd rate it 1/4 star. The food is mediocre, the service is abysmal. It was 2 of us in line and we waited 45 minutes at the register before walking out. Nobody acknowledged us in line. Horrible, horrible service. Complete waste of time.

What a joke, ask for cream and sugar and received a black coffee. Unfortunately this is what happens when the staff is a bunch of hood rats.

Staff are not wearing gloves. Cross contamination everywhere. Front counter staff handling food after touching money and register. Cooks are making food without gloves and touching hair and face while assembling burgers. Have been here before when the store manager was present and it seemed to run somewhat smoothly, but after this experience, I will not return to this location. Food was 1/10 at best. Burger was sub-room temp and the cheese was 75% on the box and 25% on the meat. Fries were under cooked and barely salted. There are better places to spend your money.

Great location for food UNLESS you want fries. Overcooked, cold, not salted so often I stopped getting them. When you walk up with fries and the mgr immediately says "cold and overcooked?" You know it's a known issue no one is working to resolve. Otherwise good
