I have been a loyal customer since they opened many years ago however I won't be back. Ordered a carryout from their lunch menu online. When she gave me the total it was 17.51 so I double-checked to make sure it was from the lunch menu. She said yes. I grabbed a menu off the counter to check the price and it said it was 11.95 so even with tax it wouldn't have been 17.51 I asked her about that and she said the prices had gone up. No apology, no correction in price just prices had gone up I told her it was the same price on the menu online and she said they also hadn't changed them. Very authentic! Loved all the decor and friendly service. Portion sizes are huge...so keep that in mind before you go crazy ordering. I was craving beef lo mien and it was everything I needed. It also came with wonton soup (literally the best I've ever had) and chicken fried rice. I couldn't find anything to complain about. Also try the fruit tea.

tried mulan for the first time thru doordash after seeing all the great reviews and they did NOT disappoint the oreo milk tea is 10/10 and so is their strawberry smoothie w/ cream.. both fresh & delicious. i should’ve ordered a large but i wanted to play it safe in case i didn’t like it lol. highly recommend to anyone wanting amazing milk tea

Ordered from the one on Spottswood a few weeks ago and it was EXCEPTIONAL. Ordered from the Collierville location-big mistake. The General Tso's looked and tasted completely different from the other location. Like, frozen chicken nuggets and a red sauce. The shrimp tempura roll was 90% rice with a sliver of shrimp and cucumber. The only thing good was the wasabi. Wasted $50 on this through UberEats. Lesson learned.

thought we would try them for the first time and made a mistake doing so. I ordered hibachi steak to go and when we got home there was no soup and no salad ...seriously!!so I guess the way to make money is to not put everything in the bag and then apologize. the place was empty and I see why. by the way i tossed the steak. it was raw. Won't go back.
I am sooooo happy we finally have a bubble tea place closer than an hour’s drive!! The tea is amazing, the bubbles are top notch, and the servers are friendly. What more can you ask for .

Living in the Collierville area means having to drive a minimum of 20-25 mins to get bubble tea, but now that’s not the case. I tried Nicely for the first time today and the customer service was pleasant/enjoyable and the classic milk tea was fresh and delicious. I always appreciate bubble tea where you can taste that the tea is freshly brewed and the texture of the tapioca pearls is perfect. I hope Thai milk tea gets added to the menu but regardless, I plan to be a frequent customer.

Went with my family today and was not disappointed at all. The workers were very helpful and accommodating, and the boba was fresh and pleasantly warm; the temperatures, of the boba and tea, complemented each other making the experience both unique and tasty. Definitely would recommend!

After walking in to Mulan, my favorite chinese restaurant, I realized they just started service bubble tea and decided to give it a try. The 2 teas I ordered were the best drinks I have ever tasted. Even when I thought Mulan couldn't get any better, they surpassed my expectations once again. I highly recommend any drinks from Nicely Tea Bar!
