DO NOT EAT HERE! The service is horrible. Due to how you order, the servers have no clue where the food goes. Our food sat under the heat lamp in the window for over 30 minutes! When the food finally did come, it was absolutely vile. The biscuits and gravy were swimming in grease and looked like snot/vomit. EAT LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!

The service wasn’t good at all they tried to rush ordering. they said drinks would be brought to your table and they weren’t. The wrong meal was brought to me and I didn’t realize till she came and asked the she proceeded to take the plate and throw it all in the trash, just so wasteful and unprofessional, she acted annoyed like it was my fault she brought the wrong food. All the food was just SOOOO sugary for no reason WAY to much sugar on all the food. I will never be going to Andy of these restaurants ever again.

Just an overall awful experience. Yucky food & attitudes. It’s the manager for me, general to be exact Brian Bush with the blonde hair looking like he’s off a perc. Tried to serve me strawberry soup as some pancakes. Then got mad when I wanted a refund for “fresh squeezed Orange juice” that was in a jug.Editing to add to your response, I in fact did not ask for a refund before paying. You stand in line to order & pay then sit. Not you getting on here lying Brian ? I will DEFINITELY stick to IHOP, I’ve always had great service there. Good day

Nasty.... eggrolls greasy, pancakes half done, sausage almost burnt on outside and pink on inside. also if the eggrolls 13.00 why is it 17.00 afterwards when I call it in? Let's not talk about the basic math. If my discount 10% (1.70) that is 15.30 and I give a 20.00 why my change was like 3 bucks and some change? it was suppose to be 4.70.
my friend ordered stuffed french toast & he got what is in the picture & then he sent it back & he decided to get regular french toast.. & THERE WAS HAIR in his food when he received the french toast & was abt to take a bite & then my best friend had hair in her food & so did her sister. the security guard then came up to our table saying that we needed to leave after one of the workers were being rude. this was the worst experience EVER.
