?John at Starbucks Germantown Kroger, TennesseeI am writing this review to commend John, a barista at the Starbucks located inside of the Germantown Kroger in Tennessee, for her outstanding customer service and professional demeanor.I am a regular customer at this Starbucks, and I have always been impressed by John's friendly and welcoming attitude. She always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is going. She is also very knowledgeable about the Starbucks menu and can help me find the perfect drink or snack to satisfy my needs.On my most recent visit, I was particularly impressed by John's customer service skills. There was a long line of customers, but John remained calm and efficient. She took the time to get to know each customer and make sure they received the exact drink they ordered.John is also a very presentable employee. She always wears her Starbucks uniform neatly and professionally. She also has a clean and well-groomed appearance.⭐️??♀️Overall, I am extremely impressed with John's customer service and professional demeanor. She is a valuable asset to the Starbucks team, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and a friendly smile.Five stars out of five!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would also like to add that John deserves a pay raise for her hard work and dedication. Always have a good experience here. You're fast and make it people through the drive-through quickly and I never really have an issue with my drinks. I find the bathrooms and Starbucks to be pretty gross all around.

Went after a two year hiatus with a friend to chat. Had forgotten how great my favourite drink is. Caught up with one of the baristas after two years. Still the cozy spot.

I like this store overall and for the most part Starbucks is ok just depends on who makes the drinks. However attitudes and customer service could be better from the young girl that works there. Every time I come here her demeanor is very nonchalant and she has a bit of an attitude. If you don’t like your job find another one. There is absolutely no reason at all you should always be so angry. On another note the older lady is always nice and fix my drink just how I like it. I love dealing with her and her customer service is awesome.

Do not go here!!! Every time my family and go to shop this Starbucks is always out of multiple items. Employees not friendly. Menu states items are in stock but will not take signs down
As usual my place to have coffee went their on the weekend liked it usual especially staff is so courteous as well.
