They didn’t even try to shake my drink. You still can see the sauce at the bottom. How on earth a barista not even try to mix the drink well. I ordered my coffee with salted caramel cold foam on top, but it’s literally just some kind of whipping cream. I would be understanding if they were busy, but not at all. That’s so lazy when you not even try to meet the standards of your work. Never come back again.

This Starbucks is really deteriorating. It is a very filthy environment with not even functioning power outlets. That defeats the whole purpose of coming to a place like this. Not only that but the staff members locked the doors to prevent any customers from entering because they were supposedly understaffed. It is a very understandable situation but I don’t think that’s right on the managers end to have these employees over worked. This place needs some serious change in direction.

This is a decent enough Starbucks in Germantown, Tennessee (just outside of Memphis, Tennessee). The staff was friendly enough and in addition to coffee, they have some decent enough things to order to feed your hunger.

Everytime i come here they have some reasons to why the drive thru is closed not to mention they mess up the drinks every time i have to ask them to fix something because i am tired of spending $8 for the same guys to mess up my drinks they r lazy and incompetent

Worst customer service they act like they are doing you a favor when you ask them for something. I got a large black coffee and they tried to charge me extra for cream and when I asked for extra sugar she gave me one packet with so much attitude.
