I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The margaritas were great, wonderful atmosphere, food was excellent, prices were good, and service was the best we've had since before covid! Nachos were really good and even the low carb quesadilla was delicious ?

I moved to Cleveland, TN 2 months ago. First time I ate there I fell in love with their tacos. I live 5 minutes away so on my lunch break I would place a to-go order. SAME ORDER EACH CALL: Three soft shell beef taco Supremes...add steak. I would order the same thing at least three times a week. For the first week whoever took my phone order would have me to repeat this order 3 and 4 times before understanding what I wanted. Finally the 2nd week, I asked the lady who answered to tell me what my order is so confusing. She told me how to ask for it on the future calls. Here I am today, 7/18/2022, had to explain once again the SAME ORDER. This time, I asked the person who answered if they can just let me speak to another worker because most of them know who I am and will take the order. The man replied and said, " No, I am the one asking for the order, just tell me what you want" to which I responded, " I have to go through this just about every time I order, its frustrating" He then tells me, " Well, the way you are saying it, is confusing". I said, " Noooo, I was told by a different worker how to exactly say it so that its not confusing. After about 2 minutes of back and forth he hangs up the phone on me. I called back, he answered. I told him I want to speak to a supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor and that I was nasty to him so he hung up. I said to him" I was not nasty, I was frustrated because you kept talking over me and I asked you not to do that. I am a paying customer and deserve that respect. So since you don't want to talk to me on the phone, I will come down there and talk". Then I hung up, went there with my SERVICE DOG ( on a leash). The waitress spoke to the super about why I was there. When the supervisor came to me, the first thing he said was, " You cant have animals in here". I said, yes I can this is a service animal.", he replied, " You still cant have it in here" I said back to him, " Yes, I can because I am protected under the ADA law therefore, you can not deny me an on duty service animal. Not only that, me and my daughter came and at in here before while my dog was here with me." (I have the pictures we took the day to prove it) So then after all of that, he asks me if I had a card to prove it. So I told him, yes but that I don't have to show him anything if I state "its an on duty service animal" He kept saying, "that is not possible" and that he needs to go find who let the dog in that one time right now to ask them. I told him, " No, I am not here for that. I am here to discuss why you hung the phone up on me and I am a paying customer. He said it was because I was being "nasty". I said, "No I was not being nasty. I kept asking you not to speak over me". So then he starts talking over me ONCE AGAIN. At this point, I told him, " You know what, don't even worry about it, I will not be coming back here and I will be sure to report this situation to the BBB as well as filing a complaint about you denying me my service animal." When I said that he got pissed and said, " That's it, I am calling the cops" to which a policeman in line waiting to place his order leans over and says to me, "If he asks you to leave you have to leave". I said that's fine but he didn't even ask me to leave and he is already calling the cops!!?" So, I got up from the table and as I walked out the door, I told him I will be reporting him and he can go to hell and I hope the people in line that heard this see what kind of service they actually give to their customers'.

Absolutely YUM! I got shrimp tacos, chicken, chorizo tacos, and a shrimp quesadillas for 4 people. It was a great snack and we had leftovers! Great price for all the food we recommend and it was fresh.

If I could give them INFINITE STARS I would. The food here is exceptional, the customer service is out of this world, and the husband/wife duo makes the experience fantastic. The food here reminds me of back home (Oakland Bay Area).

This is it…this is the place!!! I tried the shrimp tacos as I saw they were recommended…AMAZING! The salsa was media picosita in just the right way, the shrimp were perfectly cooked/seasoned, the tortillas were not all floppy, and they were just delicious. Definitely coming back to try more things!!! Honestly, best tacos in Memphis so far and I’ve tried a lot of places!

Loved the steak quesadilla and forgot to take a photo of it , was so hungry ?. One star less cause I defiantly had a better one before but not in Memphis.

OMG! I do believe these were the best tacos I've ever had... and I've had plenty in my lifetime lol. I had steak, chicken and pork. The steak and chicken tacos were my favorite. First, the aroma draws you in and then it was love at first site. They taste just as good as they looked. Everything was fresh, seasoned to perfection, and loaded heavily on the melt-in- your-mouth tortillas. Doesn't get much better than this folks.

Friendly service and good price for the quality. Al Pastor (sweet and spicy) and Chorizo (spicy and slightly too salted) were my favorite. Would definitely recommend. Served hot and with small single tortillas. It wasn't too greasy. Salsas were a good heat.
