We love going here and it is a great addition to Germantown! However, it grosses me out a little bit that the topping are self serve. Little kids are pouring on their own toppings while touching others and spilling into different containers. I've been twice where I watched a totally hot mess of an experience in front of me and it grossed me out of using any toppings at all. I was so happy when I learned TCBY was coming to Germantown! After spending so many years driving to Brookhaven Circle to get my favorite white chocolate mousse this was a welcome surprise. I will say one thing though: the yogurt does not taste as good as the yogurt served at Brookhaven. Not rich, sweet, or smooth enough. Slightly grainy yogurt. OUTSTANDING!! This place is a wonderful addition to this shopping center. I also love the new format - self-serve + counter service.We stopped in last night for a sweet treat and were pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is fun; the service is fast and friendly; and there are tons of flavor options for both soft-serve and frozen yogurt.
