I decided to stop on my way home to Louisville, I had to wait for over 20 minutes for my food, I didn't bother to check the bag until I was over 45 minutes away.I received someone's else's order obviously. I only ordered a small cheeseburger combo, I received a chicken combo, and some type of bacon ? cheeseburger that was loaded. Yuck!!! If I had been closer would have returned back. I ate the cheeseburger, which was not good at all because, service, food, not good. If you are looking for a quick fast food go some where else!!!

Every time I order from here they always mess my order up.. missing items that are large enough not to miss..the food I do get is over cooked and I never can get any customer service help for their mess

Ordered thru door dash.. my driver has been waiting for our order for 20 mins.. when I or if I ever get my order it better not be messed up and cold.. not the drivers fault but this is ridiculous. I will update when I find out the results of this hour long wait time... When I finally got my food it was cold.. and I blame checkers.. I had to heat all my food up and then it was barely worth eating.. checkers should not be allowed to charge you.. especially when they keep pushing back your delivery time it took almost a hour and 45 minutes.. don't try to blame the dash driver because I was in contact with him and tracking him..was a waste of both of our time.. I even tried to call the store but..no answer..surprise.. any way they are not getting any of my money ever again.. people be aware of this rivergate location..

I visited a strange Checkers that looked unclean and had a shortage of staff. I waited for more than 15 minutes for my meal, and when it finally arrived, my Big Buford burgers were cold. The lady at the counter apologized. While waiting in the parking lot, I noticed that the gas station and the surrounding area were unsafe. However, thankfully, no one approached my car. Be careful and be aware of your surroundings.

Terrible service, food was subpar. After waiting for 10min to pay, had to wait another 20min to get our food. And then the order was not correct. Employee wanted to argue with us about it for another 5min before. While they gave us the missing items 45min later - this place is a hot mess. Just go across the street to Whataburger and save yourself a headache and get better food.

They use to get my order wrong a lot, I like the big buford with ketchup and mayo only but when they went to the automated voice ordering, I have had the correct order every time.

Service and food was dry. Forgot to give me a straw and got upset when I asked for one. I asked for extra everything, and it looked like a kids meal burger, when I complained and Said something, she said there was lettuce on there.

This location has decided that a computer with voice recognition should take orders instead of a human. The voice recognition is poor at best. It's a lot like being on an automated phone call where you are asked a lot of questions. I can usually order my food with a human in a few seconds. It takes over a minute to order because it has to ask ALL the questions before you can continue. I have been to this location twice since this change and both times my order was wrong. Go to this Checkers at your own risk.

I only saw one person working so I'm sure she was doing her best to make each order fast and fresh. However, the robot taking the order was a fail. Said they didn't sale items listed on the menu. I didn't get a receipt so I'm not sure why I was charged $15 for a 5 wing meal. Gloves were never changed from payment to touching raw meat and back to payment. The worker was very kind, but the overall experience was very disappointing.

Every time I been there and it's only been a few times I've been given the wrong items, this last time I went, told them I had the wrong items, they give me another bag with half my order right! smh, I mean how hard can it be, it's not like the place is super busy to be messing up like that.
