We went a few weeks ago on a Friday night. We expected the restaurant to be busy, but it wasn’t very crowded at all. The waitress was nice, but she often disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. Our appetizer arrived about 40 minutes after we ordered, and we waited nearly an hour, about 55 minutes, for our food to arrive, and only the fries were even hot. The food tasted good, but was definitely not worth the wait. Overall, our visit was a real disappointment and made us late to the event we were attending after dinner.

This was one of the best times I have had at this Hooters. The food was great. The girls were super friendly and gorgeous. Everyone from the servers to the bartenders to the managers were great. I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat or a beer and watch a game. You won't leave here in a bad mood (at least not because of the service or food). Even some of the regular customers were friendly.

Worse service I’ve ever had honestly. Waiting for our food while it sat in the window seal and the three services was all in the bathroom making videos. The cook had to bring us our food and our food was cold. Only 3 customers in the entire restaurant.

Disappointed. Haven’t been here in probably 2 years. Last time wasn’t stellar because of the take out order mistakes. This time I ate in and again with the mistakes. I’m not sure what I expected. Wings were good. But they only gave us 12 of the 15 ordered. I’m not sure how that happens. And also with the uncharged tea. I’m not sure yea is worth 4$.I’ll give y’all some more time to figure out how to count to 15.

This Hooters is awesome. Food is always fantastic, and service is great. We always feel welcome, and the staff is always fun. Erin, one of the bartenders, takes such good care of you, quick service and fun conversation. We've tried other Hooters in the Nashville/Murfreesboro area and the food and service just stinks. Hooters Rivergate has it going on big time!
